viii MỞ ĐẦU Tính cấp thiết đề tài Trong phiêu trình hànghải điều tối quan trọng thuyền trưởng phải đảm bảo an toàn cho tàu hàng hoá sinh m ng tàu Tuy nhiên cố rủi ro tai n n xảy ngồi tầm kiểm sốt người Khi cố xảy ra, thuyền trưởng phải lập Khángcáohànghải để chứng minh tai n n khách quan thuyền viên tàu mẫn cán làm hết trách nhiệm khắc phục cố tai n n K viết văn Khángcáohànghải k vô quan trọng thuyền trưởng Một Khángcáohànghải tốt yêu cầu phải phản ánh trung thực khách quan cố tai n n xảy với tàu và/hoặc hàng hóa u cầu mặt tổ chức văn sử dụng phương tiện ngônngữ để chuyển tải nội dung thông tin cần thiết theo quy định quan trọng Hiện ngành hànghải chưa có quy định cách viết Khángcáohànghải đồng thời trình độ tiếngAnh thuyền trưởng h n chế nên việc viết Khángcáohànghải tai n n xảy thuyền trưởng người Việt Nam gặp nhiều khó khăn Chính việc nghiên cứu đặcđiểmngônngữ văn KhángcáohànghảitiếngAnh gi p cho công tác đào t o thuyền trưởng cấp thiết Mục đích nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu Mục đích nghiên cứu luận án: Từ quan điểm phân tích diễn ngơn, luận án xác định đặcđiểmngônngữKhángcáohànghảitiếngAnh Để đ t mục đích nêu nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu ch ng đặt là: (1) Tìm hiểu văn Khángcáohànghải (2) Khảo sát phương tiện ngônngữKhángcáohànghảitiếng Anh: lớp từ vựng cấu tr c ngữ pháp cách tổ chức văn Đối tƣợng phạm vi nghiên cứu Đối tượng nghiên cứu phương tiện ngônngữ sử dụng KhángcáohànghảitiếngAnh Do tính chất KhángcáohànghảitiếngAnh văn nên phân tích diễn ngơn luận án không đề cập đến tầng bậc âm vị Trong khuôn khổ luận án ch ng s tập trung nghiên cứu vào số phương tiện ngônngữKhángcáohànghảitiếngAnh là: Các lớp từ vựng (lớp từ ngữhànghải lớp từ ngữ pháp luật); Các cấu trúc ngữ pháp chuyên dụng (các kiểu câu đặc trưng); Tổ chức văn (liên kết m ch l c cấu tr c văn bản) Ngữ liệu phục vụ cho nghiên cứu 17 văn KhángcáohànghảitiếngAnh thuyền trưởng Việt Nam nước lập từ năm 2010 đến 2015 t i Cảng vụ Hải Phòng M i năm trung bình Khángcáohànghải thu thập Riêng năm Southerly winds and northerly sweel., I decided to change course to 310 deg proceeding to Xuy Nong Hao Island for sheltering and arrived at Xuy Nong Hao Island on June 24, 2013 at 020611 and dropped anchor in position Lat 22-37N, Long: 104-09.4 E That on June 23, 2013 the chief officer conducted routine cargo checking at 0900h in the morning and in the afternoon and found out all cago are in good
