I.Aim:

- Students read the programmers on TV to get information

II.Objectives:

- By the end of the lesson, students are able to know some new words and how to get information

on TV timetable quickly and exactly

III Skills:

- Scanning for specific information Use the new words which relate to the topic in speaking, asking and answering activities

IV Teaching aids:

- Pictures , board, chalk, textbook

V Procedure:

Time Teacher’s activities Students’ activities 5’ A Warm- up:

- Divide the whole class into 4 groups ( 4 tables will

form a group)

- Ask students to discuss about some kind mass media

they know in 2’, then the group leader of each group will

write the names of mass media on to the board Which

team can call out more mass media names, they are

winner

Ex : Book, television, radio…

- Lead in the new lesson.

- Discuss the given question

- Ss call out some media
