ABSTRACT

The study focuses on the factors affecting the effective construction of diaphragm walls,retaining walls, management work related to the design, construction of reinforced concrete, the work of finishing diaphragm walls

In order to successfully implement the project, the investor, contractors and related parties must do a good job of assessing the causes affecting the quality of the diaphragm wall and earth retaining wall and do it early from the beginning of the project

Currently, the projects of office buildings and apartments for rent are all built with basements, the purpose is to increase the usable area on the same construction area due to the increasingly limited land area and the basement

The thesis presents the concepts, theories, management processes when constructing diaphragm walls, retaining walls, student use the tools and theories learned to present methods to evaluate the influence of factors together to serve as documents for the investor, project management board, supervision consultant, reference and take measures to prevent and avoid possible harms when implementing the project
