Translation is an incredibly sophisticated task Translation into asecond language is more difficult than translation into the mother tongue.Translation is a kind of activity, which inevitably involves at least twolanguages and two cultural traditions Therefore, vocabulary, grammar, andcultural differences have appeared as barriers for translators when translatingtexts from Vietnamese into English Translators are permanently faced withthe problem of how to treat the cultural aspects implicit in a source text and offinding the most appropriate technique successfully conveying these aspectsin the target language These problems may vary from country to countrydepending on the cultural and linguistic gap between the two (or more)languages being concerned It is suggested that before beginning thetranslation work, it is essential for the translators to do some research on thelexical content and syntax of the target language along with the ideologies,value systems, and ways of life in a given culture This process can partlyhelp the translators to have an idea and knowledge about the readers in bothlanguages As a consequence, it helps avoid grammatical errors and culturalmisunderstanding in doing translation work.

In the context of globalization, digitization, especially the developmenttrend from the 4.0 industrial revolution, has strongly and deeply affectedmany aspects and fields of social life, in which in the field of education andtraining Education contributes to raising the people's intellectual level,promoting efficiency and human resources, and it is this that creates thevalues, motivations and objective requirements of socio-economicdevelopment For this field to promote and effectively respond tointernational integration, globalization always needs an overall development

strategy, in line with modern trends, and up to date with regional andinternational economic standards.

Economic situation in the world is currently slowing down as theimpact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has tightened the labormarket, reduced industrial output, and disrupted agricultural and tourismvalue chains Focusing on promoting economic recovery is a necessity thatthe government should set out at this time Therefore, joining the internationalcommon market with many global enterprises is an opportunity to createfavorable conditions for trade promotion activities to support countriesenterprises in this period In addition, the government also focuses and setsout development policies on key industries with great prospects of ourcountry to attract foreign investment In addition, restoring domestic andinternational tourism aims to bring in revenue to overcome the stagnationperiod of tourism due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic.
