(Show love for the sound, letter and words that they are using by using appropriate gestures and intonation when listening, saying and performing them.) - Remind students to do exercises in the workbook and to prepare for the next lesson (Unit 4, Lesson 3 – Review 3 on page 32) - Guide Ss to do Exercise C,D on page 29 English – Lesson plan 2nd Teaching date : 27,29,30/ 11/ 2023 01 /12/ 2023 REVIEW 3: PART A, B - Period 26 I OBJECTIVES By the end of this lesson, Students will be able to: 1.Knowlege.- Review talking about the shaps and animals (setting, participant, topics) - Use words, phrases and sentences “circles, triangles, birds, snakes/ How many….are there? – Tewlve circles” to talk about the numbers of objects - Conduct a dialogue about the numbers of objects 2 Skill Develop listening, speaking and reading skills 3.Attitude/Quality Show love for the things they have by using appropriate gestures and intonation when asking and answering about the shapes of objects 4 Forming competence: Form and develop the following competences: - Co-operation (ready to help friends in pair work/ groupwork) - Self-study (can perform individual tasks and solve problems by themselves) - Language usage to talk about frequency II TEACHING AIDS - Textbook: Tiếng Anh 2: Student’s book , page 33 - Audio track: Review 2, activity A B on page 33 - Flashcards & 4 pictures : circle, triangle, bird, snake - Computer & TV, Power point/ IWB software, Students' and teacher's book III PROCEDURE A: Warm up (5ms) Sing “How many triangles are there?” song (3ms) * Option : “Musical chairs” game (2ms) - Have students sit on their seats - Play music and ask them to move around - Take away two chairs and suddenly stop music Have students sit on any chairs The two students who have no chairs to sit on will make questions and answers E.g Student A: How many triangles are there?  Student B: Eleven triangles  Student A: How many pencils are there?  Student B: Thirteen pencils - Swap roles and continue - T comments and introduces the content of the new lesson B: Newlesson (25 ms) 1-Part A Listen and tick (A, B or C) on page 33) (10ms) (CD1 - Track 64) - Have students look at the pictures and call out the objects they can see - Play audio and demonstrate the activity using the example - Play audio Have students listen and tick A, B or C - Play audio again and check answers as a whole class English – Lesson plan 2nd - Have students work in pairs, practice asking and answering the questions 2-Part B: Play “Magic finger” on page 33) (5ms) - Divide the class into pairs - Have student A point to student B’s back and ask: How many …are there? - Have Student B answer  Swap roles and repeat - Afterwards, have some pairs demonstrate the activity in front of the class * Workbook page 30 (10 ms) - Have students open their workbooks on page 30 A Look, read, and tick the box - Have students identify the numbers, read each aloud and tick the correct number into the box - Continue the next number B Listen and put the box (WB 17) - Have students identify all objects and guess the answers could be - Play audio Have students listen and put - Play audio again Have students listen again and check their answers - Check understanding and give the correct answers C.Look, write, and draw lines - Have students look the numbers and read aloud - Have students write the numbers Then, draw lines - Check understanding and give the correct answers D: Home links (5ms) - Ask students to answer the following questions: 1 What have you learnt from the lesson today?
