CHƯƠNG I: GIỚI THIỆU ĐỀ TÀI NGHIÊN CỨU Giới thiệu: Chương giới thiệu tảng vấn đề nghiên cứu liên quan đến nghiên cứu Bố cục trình bày chương bao gồm: (1) Lý thực đề tài, (2) Mục tiêu nghiên cứu, (4) Đối tượng phạm vi nghiên cứu; (5) Phương pháp nghiên cứu, (5) Ý nghĩa, đóng góp kết nghiên cứu (6) Kết cấu báo cáo.(đề tài) 1.1 Lý thực đề tài Nghề nghiệp phương tiện trì nhu cầu sống cho cá nhân thông qua tạo thu nhập thỏa mãn yếu tố tinh thần khác đam mê, sở thích (Cynkin & Robinson, 1990) Trong đó, để đạt thành tựu nghề nghiệp, lựa chọn ban đầu điều quan trọng định phần lớn hiệu cơng việc suốt thời gian đảm nhiệm vị trí Tuy nhiên, độ khó lựa chọn nghề nghiệp ngày tăng nhiều yếu tố từ chủ quan đến khách quan phát triển số lượng, tính chất giao thoa nghề nghiệp với làm cho giới hạn nghề nghiệp dần biến (Jiang cs, 2019) Xét cho cùng, khác với việc thực hành vi đơn giản đó, lựa chọn nghề nghiệp trình quan trọng cá nhân (Rojewski, 1994) lựa chọn đắn, hiệu phù hợp ngày trở nên khó khăn (Yan cs, 2014; Lent Brown, 2020) Hầu hết niên nói chung sinh viên nói riêng nhận thức rõ tầm quan trọng độ khó việc lựa chọn nghề nghiệp lựa chọn khơng thích hợp dẫn tới làm việc hiệu quả, chí định hướng sai lệch (Park cs, 2018) Tuy nhiên, việc lựa chọn nghề nghiệp sinh viên xoay quanh việc làm sẵn có doanh nghiệp tổ chức, có xu hướng ưu tiên nghề nghiệp cho hấp dẫn với thị trường mà lĩnh vực có phát triển bền vững sau (MOET, 2017), dẫn tới tăng đột biến cung nhân lực ngành lại thiếu hụt ngành khác vào số thời điểm định (FALMI, 2017) tạo rào cản việc gia nhập thị trường lao động Theo đó, số liệu từ ILSSA SVTH: Lâm Quốc Bảo GVHD: Phạm Minh (2017) cho thấy Việt Nam có khoảng 218.000 cử nhân đại học khơng có việc làm, xét riêng địa bàn thành phố HCM - nơi tập trung lượng sinh viên đơng nước - có tới 25.000 sinh viên tốt nghiệp khơng có việc làm (Nhật, 2019) Chưa dừng lại đó, vào 2011, có 40% sinh viên lựa chọn làm việc trái ngành (MOLISA, 2011), tỷ lệ lại tăng lên 60% vào năm 2018 (Nhật, 2019) Các số liệu không đơn đề cập đến thực trạng lao động Việt Nam mà thể hiệu trầm trọng lựa chọn nghề nghiệp sinh viên Việt Nam Điều mâu thuẫn dễ thấy, tỷ lệ cử nhân thất nghiệp mức cao, nhiều doanh nghiệp cho biết gặp khó khăn tuyển dụng lao động (FALMI, 2017) Trên mặt nổi, nhiều quan điểm cho lựa chọn nghề nghiệp không hiệu ảnh hưởng từ hoạt động hướng nghiệp không phù hợp (Lent cs, 1999) tập trung vào “tư vấn lựa chọn đại học” cho học sinh trung học (Harman cs, 2021), ảnh hưởng hoạt động định hướng nghề nghiệp đại học trở nên mờ nhạt Vậy, với trang bị tảng lý thuyết sau trình học tập sở giáo dục đại học, sinh viên lại khuyết thiếu kinh nghiệm lẫn định hướng rõ ràng dẫn đến rủi ro tiềm ẩn lựa chọn nghề nghiệp dẫn đến sai lệch định (Flouri cs, 2021) Tuy nhiên, xét cho cùng, hoạt động hướng nghiệp dù có hiệu tới đâu yếu tố khách quan, lựa chọn bị ảnh hưởng mạnh mẽ yếu tố bên cá nhân (Lent cs, 1994) Một ví dụ cụ thể tầm quan trọng yếu tố chủ quan nghiên cứu (Levine Aley, 2020) Kết nghiên cứu phát biểu phát triển ngày mạnh công nghệ thông tin thúc đẩy khả tìm kiếm người tăng trưởng vơ nhanh chóng (Mesch & Talmud, 2011), từ cá nhân có thêm khả tiếp cận nhanh chóng so với hình thức tiếp cận thơng thường (ví dụ truyền miệng, truyền đơn…)(Richardson Zumpano, 2012), họ có thêm nhiều thơng tin cho lựa chọn nghề nghiệp (Levine Aley, 2020) Nhưng, hệ nguồn thông tin dồi rủi ro bị
