on the performance in the Vietnamese state- hi ep owned organizations; The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship w between transformational leadership factors and job satsifactions, trust and n lo ad organizational commitment in Vietnamese state-owned organizations There are 208 u yj th qualified respondents including 123 men (occupied 59 percent) and 85 women yi (occupied 41 percent), aged from 22 to over 40 years old All of respondents have pl n ua al over 2-year working experiences and there are about 23% of respondents who are n va keeping at least Deputy Manager positions including indealized influence, inspirational motivation, n oi factors m ll fu The findings of the study indicated that transformational leadership intellectual t stimulation and individualized consideration have significant and positive correlations z z with job satisfaction, trust and organizational commitment vb j ht The research results have contributed to the literature and provided more m k evidences for the managers in their decisions of their workforce However, the gm sample for the research is still limited due to the application of convenient sampling om l.c
