company as an operator of shopee Indonesia e-commerce platform Mission:  Post new products on the shopee platform, operate the platform, process orders that customers forget to pay  Besides, it is proposed to import new products brought down by the center head  And take care of customers when they have problems with ordering, defective products or wrong goods, instruct customers to use the shop's voucher as well as remind them when the order they placed has not been paid Description of daily tasks at the internship unit  Post new products on shopee: Design images and videos for products, write product descriptions  Floor operation: Run search ads and discovery ads on shopee's available marketing tools Create campaigns to drive customers with marketing tools available on the shopee platform  Handling orders that customers forget to pay: texting customers to remind them to check and pay, if customers don't pay, text sales staff to tell them to call to remind customers to come in payment  Proposing to import domestic goods: when the head of the center brings the product down to the import notice, text the shops that have the product you want to enter the price deal with them to import the goods at the best price, then text the import assistant goods with price and quantity as agreed  Customer care:  For customers who not know how to order, guide them step by step to order  For customers who forgot to pay for the order they just placed, they should send a message to remind the customer to check and click pay for the delivery unit to pick up the goods  For defective or wrong products that the customer requests for a refund: text the customer to ask them to exchange the refund request for a number so that the warehouse can call to exchange the goods  For customers who not know how to use vouchers, text them to guide them step by step to order successfully  Make advertising reports and business reports daily and submit them according to the specified hours Keep track of your inventory by filling out an inventory tracking sheet for daily orders In order to satisfy customers with products and avoid order cancellation due to lack of goods Besides, to propose to import goods when the product is out of stock Outcomes during the internship  Learn the knowledge about e-commerce platform shopee  Learn how an employee operates the floor in business on e-commerce platforms  Know how to run multiple advertising campaigns on the same booth, know how to create marketing campaigns to motivate customers to buy  Know how to operate the floor on holidays and New Year, promote which products or create incentives to attract customers to buy products  Learn many skills in floor operation, gain more experience in e-commerce as well as customer care, know more about Indonesian buying behavior on what time frames and what they like  Work hard to learn and develop more in terms of communication Things that have not been done during the internship  The revenue target of 100 million a month has not been achieved yet  It is still not fully understood the customer behavior to create a competitive advantage for revenue goals  Because of the limited experience in the Indonesian market, it is still not good to devote yourself fully  Build yourself a personal and creative vision at work Issues that need further research and development  Need to accumulate more experience and research and develop the Indonesian market to reach a revenue of 100 million a month  It is necessary to focus on giving your best to bring results to the center as well as the CLUX center  Learn Indonesian customer care to improve the quality of online customer care as well as complete your personal project in the given topic Advantages to communicate with Indonesians Difficulty:  There is not much experience in floor operation and customer care, so the job will be more difficult at the beginning  The language barrier makes it a bit difficult to operate, communicate as well as take care of customers  Difficulty in understanding the purchasing behavior of Indonesian customers to bring them the best products and services
