Manager: Nguyen Thi Thanh Taking responsibility for developing and implementing the plans for English course; implementing and monitoring the opening to receive the goods declaration on required deadlines; examining grammar, vocabulary, structure which have in exam for student, response and explain for student’s question Sales Department: 11 employees - Manager: Nguyen Thi Hien Establishing and implementing the business plans; setting and dealing directly with the customer system, distributor system; coordinate with relevant department Accounting Department: employees - Manager: Vuong Thi Thuy Dung The Accounting Department is responsible for researching and suggesting measurements about the financial condition of the company, implementing the financial decisions of the director and the accounting tasks, as well as managing the financial condition and property of the company HR administrative Department: employees - Manager: Nguyen Van Son Take responsibilities for control website, firewall, security for user base on master the technology of SMS, Callcenter, Web / Wap / App, Streaming running on the platforms Asterisk, PHP, Net, Java, Oracle, Helix, MongoDB, NoSQL, C ++ 1.2 INFORMATION OF BUSINESS RESULT Examining base on business result of Eduglobal, - Through business results, the business performance has increased over the past years Profit after tax in 2018 increased by 813,398,525, equivalent to 42.42% compared to 2017, this is because the profit before tax in 2018 increased 1,016,748,156 compared to 2017 - The total revenue from operating activities increased 6,366,900,000 at the rate of 38.45% The profits increased, but the growth rate was slower than the growth rate of revenue, so gross profit still increased by 5,000,000,000 with the rate of 44.84% - Improving translation skills high school students with three levels of - Receiving useful comments difficulty, medium, and easy and advice from the leader - Checking again general knowledge, - Having many interesting and pronunciation, vocabulary, reading skill, meaningful working hours practice test before publishing on web - I felt more duties with my tasks and attempt to complete successfully them 2.2 THE DIFFICULTIES AND LESSONS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE INTERSHIP PROCESSING 2.2.1 The difficulties in the internship processing During my internship in Edugloblal, particularly in Develop content and service Department, I have to face with some following difficulties: - The application of theory and skills into practice is constrained, which is lead to some problems that I still have not handled quickly - Due to the lack of practical knowledge, I encountered some difficulties in the process of practicing: I did not know how to use Excel to arrange information right way - Working in a professional environment that requires high flexibility, I had to make a lot of efforts to observe and learn knowledge and skills of my prior colleagues I have difficulties with some phrases and terminology used in this field and the reason is that my lack of specific knowledge - Because of having not much the practice time, I have not enough specific and deep knowledge about the work in the departments, meeting many difficult terms about supply English course online 2.2.2 The lessons of experience in the internship processing After one month as an intern in Eduglobal, I have learned a lot of precious lessons and executive experiences for myself which will help my further career growth - Apply the knowledge and skills learned at university (pronunciation, vocab, translation, interpreting, etc.) on the job I see that the knowledge learned at university is not enough and I have to learn more about how to use it effectively is decided by practicing in the real life - Understand the importance of team-work and know how to cooperate with my colleagues effectively and save time - I can improve my soft skills such as: planning, typing, reading, writing and translating - Learn how to make acquaintance with other colleagues in the company and 10 build a good relationship with partners CHAPTER 3: THE REALITY OF USING ENGLISH IN JVMB JSC 3.1 THE REALITY OF USING ENGLISH IN THE BUSINESS - With the determining of becoming a leading online English revision site in the country, ensuring the criteria of QUALITY - FULL - ACCURATE, Hiclass was founded and carried in its mission to provide students The correct revision materials, following the curriculum and the method of scientific review help the students master the exam preparation time to achieve the highest results - The level of English usage among the departments are different and just focuses on the Development content and service Department - However, because of lacking professional employees content, the number of English course in their website is not much and can not satisfy customers’s demand 3.2 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SOLUTIONS - Manage campaigns on website and fanpage like an army operation – plan ruthlessly As the time for your campaign to kick-off approaches, there are a few key elements to consider to help it succeed; starting with outstanding project planning - Carry out training English synchronized for almost all department so that they can control and give true advices for student when sale the English online course - HR department should recruit more professional employee to update Website performance as well improve and extend the number of courses 11 CHAPTER 4: RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CHOOSING A GRADUATION THESIS TOPIC - Realizing the importance of English in the Eduglobal, I would like to propose the topic of graduation thesis in the direction of "Factors impact on motivation in learning English skills of students (speaking, listening, reading, writing and translation) " This research is crucial to focus on finding strategies for helping all student to have more motivation in learning English and improve their English skills -
