an organization wants lo survive and thrive m the world's dynamic business environment Under the pressure oj external and internal environments such as economic policies, behaviors of competitors, virions of companies, mergers acquisitions, etc every organization is forced lo change However, organizational change does not always bring expected results Jor all organizations The most common reason for the Jailure of organizational change is the employees' resistance lo change This study aims al evaluating factors thai affect acceptance, resistance and resignation among employees when organizatiimal change lakes place The results showed that employees' commitment lo and trust in organization have positive effects whereas perception of status Zfj.s.^ has negative effects on accei)Umce of organizational change On the other hand, commiiment and trust oJ employees with organization have negative effects whereas workplace stress has positive unpads on the resistance to
