everyday showing the vital position of English against other languages Futhermore, in an informative new era, exactly eight in ten information reserved from over 100 million computers in the world is in English as well as the massive mojority (85%) of international phone calls A lot of computer softwares, electronics guidebooks use English as a main language Many young people, consequently, regard English as an essential factor of getting a better job and a high promotion Not only multinational but also Vietnamese companies require English as a minimal recruitment condition SE (Super English) grasped this trend and founded in 2018, so far, it has become one of the leading English centers in terms of English communication courses With month of internship at the company, I had time to experience and learn, cultivate more knowledge and skills to be able to adapt to the workplace environment, here is a report on the the work that I have done at the company recently Internship report and its main products are English classes In General English courses, students are acquainted with basic pronunciation along with fundamental vocabulary and grammar However, product taking all eyes on is Communication English classes Particularly, SE's classes focusing on all of skills including Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing Furthermore, SE is improving the curriculum to help students is the director of SE who takes charge of important missions He is the one who coordinating and overseeing the work activities of others so that their activities are completed efficiently and effectively Sale department includes team with manager and 50 part-time employees This team needs to find data from social network sites and meetings with universities's student Then they contact these data to invite students to participate in the trial session, book the schedule for these students, check the testing room frequently and consult courses for students So their main job is persuading students coming to SE and paying the tuition fees Staffs of accouting department need to collect tuition fees or other charges from students, pay salary and bonus for employees and teachers as well as other administration costs, monitor SE financial status, payment documents, income and expenditure accounts, etc They also takes charge of arranging teachers, preparing all English course materials, suitable facilities such as air-conditoner, remarkers, CDplayer Education department includes teacher and 22 teaching assistants They are responsible for teaching trial classes, mainstream English National Education Company Limitedhas increased over the past years In 2020, profit after tax increased by 813,398,525, equivalent to 42.42% compared to 2019 The total revenue from operating activities increased 6,366,900,000 at the rate of 38.45% The cost of goods sold increased, but the growth rate was slower than the growth rate of revenue, so gross profit still increased by 5,000,000,000 with the rate of 44.84% The speed increased rapidly compared to the cost items So, in general, the business performance of the company is quite good This growth was mainly thanks to such reasons as followed: effort of all employees, the right direction of the company, and the continuous improvement of the quality of products and services, etc This increase also indicates an optimistic outlook on the operation of the company in the future 1.1.5 Function - Missions - Achievements  Function SE not only offers international standard English training programs that help students become able to use them as a second language, but also helps the younger generation equip soft skills and creative thinking Each curriculum at SE has its own teaching method, designed for Asian students, suitable for each entry level The program not only helps students perceive and perfect listening - speaking - reading - writing skills, but also maximizes their creativity and practice to foster their passion and future orientation  Missions With the development of Vietnam market, SE has the important task, it is to create a good environment Not only is the working environment for employees but also a thoughtful customer care environment, making customers increasingly trust SE  Achievements After years, SE has centers with over three thousands of students, becoming one of the leading English training systems In addition to teaching technology 4.0, SE representative said that the secret of the brand's success is human No matter how modern technology is, people still play an important role Native teachers and hundreds of excellent employees, with the entrepreneurial spirit, are factors that have helped SE go so far and fast in recent years 1.2 An overview of the department of internship – Education Department Education department in my branch has a total of 15 members The department has been operating since the early days of establishing the company with Mr Nguyen Tien Manh as the head Main activities of Education Department:  Head of Education - Responsible for the board of directors of the company's members for the education department's activities Organize and inspect qualifications and competencies of employees to complete the company's monthly, quarterly and annual plans - Encourage employees to actively participate in social and cultural activities Implementing well the policies of the Party, the State, the sense of organizing discipline, rules and regulations of the company - Browse and support writing lesson plans trial classes, mainstream classes as well as supplementary classes  Teacher & Head Teacher - Write lesson plans and teach trial classes, mainstream classes as well as supplementary classes - Direct contact with foreign partners from South Afica, America, Australia - Welcome foreign teachers and students coming and working at the center - Monitor in the class including update students' information and teaching assistants - Teach weak leaners - Prepare for documents on midterm tests and final exams - Perform other assigned tasks  Teaching assistant - Monitor in the class including update students' Assignments I was an intern at the company's Education department This division covers teaching activities On the job there are many english language documents to handle to make student understand lesson accurately as well as talk to them innovation during the course With the support of the members of the company as well as the managers, I was assigned to write lesson plans for trial classes as well as teach them In addition, I honestly play a examiner role to pre-test new comer who want to look for a suitable English class JOB DESCRIPTION - Supporting foreign teachers when coming to work at Working in friendly and professional environment - Be enthusiastic guide and get a lot of work experience - Trained and learned practical skills and experience about education 2.1.1 Write lesson plans for trial classes SE is the company whose main products are communication English courses Therefore, the target customers is usually students with low or average English proficiency Trial lessons must contain the most basic knowledge so that students can have a strong foundation One of the most basic parts is pronunciation and students will be started with the IPA board To reinforce each sound, I describe the aperture along with videos and illustrations Then turn to the examples of monosyllabic words, polyphonic words, sentences and passages that contain the sound they are studying 2.1.2 Teach trial classes Before entering the lecture, students will be have a pronunciation skill test by reading a short passage From there I can see the students' ability and adjust the speed and level of the lecture During the lesson, it is important to observe and listen to the students' pronunciation and correct them as soon as they have mistakes At the end of the lesson, students will be checked pronunciation by using ELSA application So students can realize their progress 2.2 Difficulties and experienced lessons By completing the assignments and assignments, I have learned many skills and professional lessons Within a month of internship at the company, I tried my best to learn new things to improve myself However, besides the benefits, there are still difficulties that I need to overcome so that I can learn lessons from the future 2.2.1 Difficulties • Still making many grammatical errors In my daily work, I have to use English quite a lot, but I realize that my speaking skill is still a little weak I often make pronounciation mistakes, although this is not too influential when communicating, but it will have consequences when exchanging with partners and teaching students Moreover, good at speaking skill is also important because it will directly affect whether the partner understands the correct content or not This is one of the serious problems that I need to fix right away ● Not much practical experience on the product technological learning English Despite using as well as viewing a lot of documents about the product However, in the past month, the practical experience with actual product is not too much At the center, teachers often use the ELSA application on their smart phones to check the pronunciation for students This helps students see exactly what their abilities and what needs to be overcome But I have not installed and used it much, this is an extremely regrettable thing I hope next time I can experience it more and more ● It takes more time to understand more about the company's culture The part that I practice is the Education department, this is one of the very enthusiastic and dynamic departments However, because I have only been working for month, I still need time to learn about working habits and working culture at the company ● Difficult in getting along with everyone 10 As a intern with very little experience I find it difficult to adapt to a new working environment Information, connecting and communicating with many new students are frequent This put me under pressure for the first weeks of my internship at the company However, during the internship I have been helped and advised a lot, so I think in the future I will get used to this working environment 2.2.2 Experienced lessons For any intern, acquiring and adapting to a new environment, a new working style will be difficult During previous month, despite many obstacles during my internship, I overcame and learned my lessons after graduating and going to work One of the lessons when I practice and work at SE is that I always have to prepare before teaching I need to prepare lesson plans, documentation and method carefully before teaching This is also one of my most valuable lessons I always have to carefully think and answer questions and inquiries of students This is one of the lessons for me not only during my internship but also in my work and life later One of the other lessons that I feel very fortunate to have experienced is never being able to decide anything on my own In any case, we're in a team together So when I have any new ideas or ideas, I will share them with everyone for discussion If the idea is good, then we will it If something is wrong, we will fix it Absolutely never should decide anything because it will affect the team I trained and tried my best to adapt to the harsh and stressful working environment This has made me more mature, more thoughtful, more careful in my exercise Although the early days made me tired, I focused and did my best to complete the assigned task Next, after a month of practice, I also felt that my English skills were not good As a student of the English Department of the University of Commerce, I have been 11 exposed to a lot of English but I need to improve to be more confident in an English speaking environment Moreover, my communication skills are much better than before Because the job involves contacting, communicating with many students, these two skills must be really good to transmit knowledge to them At first, I was not used to the job, so I made some mistakes However, I have been greatly helped by my siblings, pointing out the mistakes that my next efforts should avoid Last but not least, it is the spirit of learning I have experienced many situations, which are difficult to meet in the years of college Therefore, I have learned many lessons and can solve problems if I meet again PART 3: THE USAGE OF ENGLISH IN SUPER ENGLISH 3.1 Current situation of the use of English in Super English Today English has become a global language Among hundreds of different languages, the world has chosen English as a language for people to understand each other International events, held worldwide, use English English is widely spoken and is the 12 preferred language of communication This shows the importance of English in daily life and work In addition, English is an important key for every business English represents the bridge between businesses, thanks to English, businesses will find a common voice English is also the key to providing opportunities for business expansion, cooperation with foreign partners and investors This will improve the efficiency as well as gain great profits As a company specializing in the field of education, English is a necessary part for the company to contact and exchange with customers and business partners This can be understood through products, namely courses English plays an indispensable role in the process of working at the company However, the usage of English at the company is not wide Except for the Education department that uses English regularly to communicate with students, most employees in the company not use English fluently and often Partly because other departments not regularly contact foreign teachers and students, in their daily work, they interact with and exchange with Vietnamese customers, so the use of English is not frequent In my department, English is frequently used All off staffs can use English fluently Staff also have background knowledge and professional knowledge, so directly using English to work is regular 3.2 Solution proposal 3.2.1 About the company Recruit employees in a more selective manner and continually evaluate the quality of work even if they are selected to be permanent employees Open skills 13 training as well as case handling for staff Courses need to be conducted and tailored for staff to acquire basic skills The company also needs to organize group training sessions, team building so that the staff can help and learn from each other Since then the employees will become more united and the work efficiency will be improved In addition, employees who are proficient in English should be given priority and regularly guide other colleagues 3.2.2 About the employees Self-train, cultivate more knowledge as well as the ability to use English Increase the use of English in many work environments, not just at company This is a necessary practice, a prerequisite for growing the company in an integrated economy today Attend courses and programs organized by the company to find out the limitations and advantages of yourself so that you can continue to revive and promote Strengthening foreign language, increasing the association with other members of the company, towards common goals, further developing the company Actively ask when you need help One of the biggest problems for employees today is that they don't dare to ask when facing difficulties This is a wrong thinking, if employees feel that the task assigned is too , they should ask for help from colleagues From there the work will about the habits, ways of using words of students in English-speaking lessons of new students to school Because they are all new students, they may lack the experience and skills in using English in communication and classroom exercises With my experience, I can help to improve their skills Topic 2: Students’ attitudes towards doing English presentations at Thuong Mai University Presentation skills are now one of the most important skills Good presentations will enable us to confidently speak in public, as well as help us gain more opportunities in the future However, students currently have a negative attitude towards the presentations I want to make this clear and help students be more active in presentations Topic 3: Difficulties in English speaking skill- From the perspective of students at Thuong Mai University Currently English has become a very common language, so using English to communicate is also essential However, most students are still quite timid when communicating in English I want to learn about the difficulties students have in order to help them communicate in English better CONCLUSION After years of operation and development, Super English has achieved goals in the eduacation english as well as a top one corporation about pratice and creativity in communication English 15 Within a month of internship, this training course gave me the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained at the university to reality This helped me understand how the real job and university are different I also had the opportunity to learn more about the style, working attitude and working environment in the company These are extremely valuable experiences and I think I will only be able to get them when working and practical experience These experiences also give
