V Nh÷ng giải pháp chủ yếu:

Tht khú tin mà thời đại hội nhập tồn cầu, cịn học sinh coi môn tiếng Anh “môn phụ” học theo kiểu đối phó Cho đến lên lên đại học, làm việc, họ biết nhận vấn đề, nhng điều q mn.Hiện nay, môn tiếng Anh đợc đa vào dạy bậc phổ thông, từ THCS đến THPT, số nơi đa vào chơng trình bậc Tiểu học Và Mơn Ngoại ngữ môn thi tốt nghiệp bắt buộc hàng năm Tuy nhiên, thực tế chất lợng day học mơn Ngoai ngữ nhà trờng cịn thấp cha đáp ứng đợc yêu cầu thực tiễn phát triển kinh tế-xã hội thời kì hội nhập Vì để góp phần nâng cao chất lợng dạy học mơn cần có biện pháp sau:

1 Đối với giáo viên:

-Trc ht phi nghiờn cu chơng trình soạn giảng chu đáo, chơng trình pháp lệnh

-Dạy học phải bám sát chuẩn kiến thức, chuẩn kĩ năng, trình dạy phải phân phân hóa đối tợng học sinh để có biện pháp giảng dạy thích hợp

-Trong q trình giảng dạy phải biết kết hợp nhuần nhuyễn kỹ Unit, phải tạo điều kiện cho học sinh hoạt động tích cực, tự khám phá tìm tịi, phát mới, hớng dẫn cách em phơng pháp tự học , hớng dẫn học sinh cách học từ mới, cách học ngữ pháp, cách học phát âm làm cho dễ nhớ nhớ lâu cách tự học nhà ,ln tạo khơng khí học tập thân thiện để đem lại kết cao học tập

-Luôn kiểm tra ghi, tập thừong xuyên Kiểm tra chấm chữa kịp thời, xác khách quan -Luôn quan tâm đến đối tợng học sinh

-Thờng xuyên trò chuyện với học sinh môn tiếng Anh, đất nớc ngời Anh, điều mẻ, thú vị để giúp em ngày cáng có ý thức, hứng thú với mơn học

-Luôn cải tiến phơng pháp giảng dạy, kết hợp linh hoạt thủ thuật vừa đem lại hiệu cho tiết dạy lại gây hứng thú cho học sinh,

-Tăng cường củng cố ngữ pháp cho học sinh qua tiết tự chọn hay phụ đạo

2 Đối víi häc sinh.

- Để học mơn tiếng Anh có chất lợng hiệu trớc hết phải có đầy đủ sách vở, SGK,SBT, vởghi ,vở BT, nháp sách tham khảo, băng, đĩa, đài catset

- Phải làm tập đầy đủ, chuẩn bị củ, đầy đủ chu đáo trớc đến lớp - Trong học phải tập trung ý vào giảng, hăng say xây dựng phát biểu ý kiến - Luôn tự giác học hỏi, rèn luyện khả giao tiếp với bạn bè

- Sư dơng tiÕng Anh ë mäi lóc mäi n¬i

- Tích cực tự học tập, hoạt động cặp nhóm

- Thêng xuyªn trau dåi TiÕng Anh cách nghe chơng trình TV,tích cực học thêm nhà

Tham gia học cỏc phn mm học tiếng Anh hay Internet để học online 3 §èi víi cha mĐ häc sinh.

- Quan tâm đến em, tạo điều kiện cho em có thời gian để học

- Chuẩn bị cho em đầy đủ dụng cụ, sách học tập,sách tham khảo ,băng đài cát set để em luyện nghe thêm nhà …

- Theo dâi, nh¾c nhë quản lý em việc học nhà

4 Sự đạo chuyên môn nhà trường.

-Có kế hoạch đạo nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sinh hoạt tổ chuyên môn lắng nghe tâm tư nguyện vọng Gv tạo kiều kiện cho giáo viên Tiếng anh sinh hoạt theo tổ chun mơn có chiều sâu

- Tăng nguồn kinh phí đầu tư trang thiết bị ,tạo điều kiện sở vật chất ,đồ dùng dạy học cho môn

-Phân cơng chun mơn ,thời khóa biểu hợp lý

-Tun truyên tạo chuyển biến nhận thức, tư tưởng phụ huynh học sinh, thực coi trọng cố gắng học tập môn ngoại ngữ

5.Đối với lực lượng giáo dục khác :

- Quan tâm tạo điều kiện tốt cho việc dạy học môn anh
