Unit 3: AT HOME

LESSON 1: MY HOUSE (A1, 2)

Aims: To give the students the names of some of the things in the house and the way to form plural noun

Objectives: By the end of the lesson the students will be able to know how to form plural noun and get the names of some furniture in the house

Skills: speaking, reading, listening Teaching aids: book, poster, pictures. Languages:

Grammar: “What are these?/ those?” “They are books.”

Vocabulary: living room, telephone, lamp, bookshelf, chair, stool, armchair, couch, table, television, stereo

1. Pre-teach vocabulary :
