I/ Objectives:

By the end of the lesson, Sts will be able to understand more about the simple past tense and the usage of “wish”

Grammar: Reviewing the usage of the past simple with “wish”.

Warm up:

-Ask students some questions

Activity 1:

- Teacher gives some examples of the past simple tense

-Ask students to give some examples and then teacher corrects

Activity 2:

- Teacher gives some examples of the present simple tense

- Ask students to give some example and then teacher corrects

Activity 3:

- Ask students to review the sentence with “wish”

- Explain about “wish” - Say the usage of “wish”

-Have you ever wished? -What you wish?

-I did my homework last night -They studied very badly

-Nam did not come back home days ago

-I am not strong

-I have no any pen pals -She studies very badly

- Students work in pairs to say about something they wish

- Get students to in speaking in front of class and then write their sentences on the board

- Teacher and the others correct
