* Giới từ thời gian : at, in ,on, from to, for, by

- AT : + điểm thời gian cụ thể Ex : We have class at one o’clock

+ night Ex : I sleep at night

- IN : + tháng/năm cụ thể Ex : I was born 1994

+ the morning/afternoon / evening Ex : We have class in the morning

- ON: + ngày tuần Ex : We have class on Monday

+ ngaøy tháng năm Ex: I was born on April 6, 2006

- FROM + điểm thời gian + TO + điểm thời gian Ex: We have class from 7.00 to 10.15

- FOR : + khoảng thời gian : để nói diễn Ex : We watched TV for hours last night

- BY : + điểm thời gian Ex: Can you finish the work by five o’clock

* Giới từ địa điểm nơi chốn :

- ON : -ở trên ( chạm vào, sát vào ,bao phủ hoạc tạo thành phần bề mặt ) Ex: There is a picture on the wall

- ( đại lộ ,một đường ) Ex: I live on Nguyen Van Cu Street

- trên/ vào phương tiện chuyên chở

Ex : We will have lunch on the train

- trên, dựa gắn vào người , vật

Ex: She’s wearing a ring on her thumb finger

- AT : + địa Ex: I live at 10 Nguyen Van Cu Street - IN : + tên nước/ thành phố Ex: I live in Buon Ma Thuot City

IX Một số câu đề nghị

Để đề nghị làm việc ta dùng cấu trúc sau: + Let’s + bare infinitive Ex: Let’s go to the movie

+ What about + V-ing ? Ex: What about going to the beach? + How about + V-ing ? Ex: How about having lunch in this restaurant? + Why don’t we……… ? Ex: Why don’t we visit this museum?

Note: - Let’s (do something) = I have a suggestion for you and me ( Chuùng ta ……)

- Thay dùng “Let’s” dùng lời đề nghị What about + V-ing ? How about + V-ing ? ( về) Why don’t we… ? ( Tại khơng

làm ‘gì’)
