I.Objectives:

By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to introduce one’s friend and respond to their introduction

II Teaching aids: CD, textbook. III Language content:

Sing: “Hello How are you?” 2.New lesson:

2 Look, listen and repeat.

Teacher:- Have sts turn their books to page 30

- Ask Ss the names of the characters and identify the situation or what they say

- Ask sts to look at the picture and listen to the dialogue in their books

- Tell them that they are going to practise introducing someone

- Point to the Pic and ask sts to look at the text in speech bubbles

- Play the recording twice for sts to listen, and point to the appropriate line in their books

- Play the recording again for Ss to repeat the lines in the speech bubbles Repeat the step a few times Ss: - Practice with their partners

- Divide the class into groups Ask sts practice in pairs
