- T play the CD and asks Ss to listen and repeat - T demonstrate tracing the letters with their finger

(2)- T calls some Ss demonstrate the activity in front of the class
*Activity Listen and repeat (8’)
- T asks Ss to look at the picture - T demonstrate the activity
- T point to the girl and say: “This is a …” then say “g…g…girl”
- T plays the CD and asks Ss to point to the letter as they hear them
- T plays the CD again and asks Ss to listen and repeat
- T asks Ss to demonstrate the activity in front of the class
- T says “g…g…girl” and make gestures for a girl, e.g using hands to show that the girl has long hair

*Activity Sing (5’)
- T asks Ss to look at the lyrics - T read the lyrics as a whole class - T play the CD and asks Ss to listen
- T play the CD again and asks Ss to listen and sing along
- T asks Ss to clap their hands with “This is a” the the gesture for a girl with “girl” in the song - T plays The CD and asks Ss to clap and act
*Activity Listen and jump (5’)
- T demonstrate the activity - T asks Ss stand up
- T ask Ss to jump when they hear the letter Gg sound
*Activity: “Team competition” (5’)
- T divide the class into groups
- T invite 2-3 Ss from each group to come on the board
- T play the CD and asks Ss to listen and jump - The student who cannot jump correctly with “g” sound will come back to his/her seat
- After the CD, the team with the most Ss who are still on the board is the winner
