Phân lập và tuyển chọn vi khuẩn lactic có họat tính kháng Vibrio parahaemolyticus từ nội tạng tôm thẻ chân trắng (Litopenaeus vannamei)

Nghiên cứu này nhằm thu nhận một số chủng vi khuẩn lactic có hoạt tính kháng Vibrio parahaemolyticus từ tôm Thẻ chân trắng (Litopenaeus vannamei) ở huyện Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai làm cơ sở sản xuất chế phẩm sinh học cho tôm.
