specialized student The author conducted the survey on students of the year second, the third year, fourth year of three universities The manifestations of the behavior of orienting industrial cultural values very among schools, year and gender The results are obtained in the following table: Mean 4.50 4.00 3.50 3.00 2.50 2.00 1.50 1.00 0.50 0.00 4.01 3.66 3.58 3.67 3.38 3.63 3.80 3.88 3.23 Industrial cultural values Figure 3.1 Expression of the industrial culture orientation of human resources management specialized students The table of results shows that the expression of orienting industrial cultural value of students is different Expressing the value "Respect for knowledge" has the highest mean with 4.01, ranking the first Next is the expression of the value " Appreciate efficiency” with mean of 3.88, ranked the second Having the lowest mean is an expression of the value "Scientific plan” with 3.20 and " Collaboration” has a mean score of 3.23 This proves that, students majoring in HRM are very eager to learn, to be hard to explore, to 16 discover new knowledge Besides, the students also show their respect for the commitment, very keeping their promises and their promises This has existed since time immemorial in Vietnamese proverb "Say words to keep words, not be like a butterfly and then fly" was educated from an early age, so ingrained in the minds of every Vietnamese people Two values are extremely important foundations to help students specialized in HRM have the human qualities and personality in the new period, ready to integrate with the global economy However, the reality of students is still limited in soft skills, especially in teamwork and cooperation skills, is also revealed through the results with a very low mean of 3.20 of the value “scientific plans "and 3.23 of "Cooperation " Cooperation skills of working together of students are still limited This is clearly shown when the author observes groups presenting in class, only some of them are active with their topic and the other are indifferent, listless or even friends, working in private in class Further discussing this issue through the question "What you benefit from preparing a group presentation?", The author obtained the answer of student V.H T, a third-year student at the NEU responded that “my group has friends, but in reality there are only of us who really and are responsible for our group's topic, and the other ones are very indifferent, their comments are also weak The psychology relies on others and waits for luck if the leader is enthusiastic, the whole group will get high scores ” Thus, it is clear that the group cohesion and teamwork efficiency of students are not high, have not met teachers' expectations, and increasingly not promote the collective intellectual strength of the team members This result stems from many causes and is also the basis for the author to propose experimental measures to improve the honesty and cooperation to gradually improve the orientation of industrial cultural values‟s HRM specialized students 17 - There is a difference in the expression of orienting idustrial cultural values like academic years and gender Among the three surveyed universities, the NEU showed the highest orientation, followed by the TMU and finally the ULSA The difference also shows in the school years, the fourth year has quite a full expression of industrialistic values and is higher than the 2nd and 3rd years - Pearson correlation coefficients and regressions on the orientation of the cultural values‟s students Before regression, the author analyzed the EFA factor, examining the industrial cultural values are grouped into groups: (1) Critical thinking; (2) Industrial style; (3) ethical conduct and social responsibility are grouped into a separate group Afterwards, we conducted a linear regression between the dependent variable and the independent variable, checked whether there is a phenomenon of multicollinearity between the independent variables or not, the author conducted linear correlation run and obtained the following results: social responsibility" increases by unit, the student's industrial cultural expression increases to 0.385 unit The standard regression value of the factor "Ethical conduct and social responsibility" accounts for 38,5% of the orientation of industrial cultural value of HRM specialized students; icates that when the expression"Critical thinking" increases by unit, the expression of industrial cultural increases to 0.308 units The regression value of the factor " Critical thinking" accounts for 30,8% of the value orientation of industrial cultural of HMR specialized students; unit, the average industrial cultural values is increased to 0.308 units The standard regression value of the factor "Industrial style" accounts for 30.5% of the industrial culture value of HRM specialized students 18 The disappearance of "social responsibility" and its included in in the ethical which is one of the manifestations of the limited industrialistic value This comes from many reasons, according to the author, students have not yet realized the clarity between morality and responsibility Some children even equate morality and responsibility Orientation of industrial cultural values is influenced by many factors, especially those belonging to subjective factors such as: Self-discipline, activeness, initiative, motivation for learning and vocational training of students The objective factors have a lower level of influence and are also influenced mainly by factors such as career requirements, higher education innovation, and particularly the characteristics of the HRM sector - Measures to develop the orientation of industrial cultural values for students majoring in human resources management In order to learn students' self-assessment of measures to develop an orientation of industrialization, author offer measures After testing the reliability of the scale with Cronbach Alpha = 0.754 of items greater than 0.6 enough for us to analyze the measures, author processed the information using SPSS software and obtained the following results: Measure 1: Raise awareness of the importance of industrialistic value orientation through professional organizational activities Measure 2: Gradually build close relationships with domestic and foreign enterprise organizations Measure 3: Strengthening facilities and favorable conditions for career orientation „s HRM students Measure 4: Plan and regularly update domestic, regional and world human resources needs 3.2 Result of impact empirical research In the limited scope of the disertation, the impact by organizing seminars, exchanges, career clubs, teaching activities has obtained very positive initial 19 results The author believes that if continuing to implement, the development of the industrial cultural orientation for HRM students will be able to contribute significantly to improving the quality of training creating a specialization in HRM students at the Universities to better meet the needs of high-quality labor resources in the new period 3.3 Orienting industrial cultural values in human resource management through analyzing some typical psychological portraits Through in-depth analysis of two cases of typical psychological portraits, author also found that the orientation industrial cultural values is influenced by many different factors, including both objective and subjective factors such as self-education, the ability to perceive the training program and the training activities of the universities have a strong influence on the development of the student's industrial cultural values In addition, through the study of psychological portraits, the author also discovered and clarified a number of other factors that have certain effects on the direction of the students' industrialistic value such as efforts, volition, needs for success These factors have two-sided nature Negative effects such as when the family economic conditions are wealthier, they often form moral hazard psychological, running follow material values On the contrary, poor family life is often the motivation to help them rise up, strive in learning, cultivate trained professional qualities, bravery and confidence of workers in the integration period Conclusion of chapter The results of the research on the status of orienting industrial cultural values in HRM specialized students show that: - The orientation of industrial cultural value of HRM students abundant expression and complexly about the physiological development of students as well as the variety of world and regional career trends; In which the most obvious expression of the orientation of the industrial cultural value of students is the factor of social responsibility; This shows that, most students just stop at 20 determining their fulfillment in their work, in life, limited in thinking ability, ability to adapt to new conditions, skills cooperation and moral qualities in the future - Chi - square cross-correlation test shows the difference in awareness, attitude and expression of the orientation of industrial cultural values of HRM students of universities, years and gender; There is a close relationship between awareness, attitude and behavior of the orientation of industrial cultural values The higher the awareness of the importance of the industrial cultural values, the students have good an attitude, like and enjoying a lot and showing behaviors on a regular quite, very often and opposite - Moreover, the linear regression correlation results also show the trend change of the industrial cultural values of HRM specialized students In particular, the factor 'Ethical conduct and social responsibility' is the factor that tends to have the strongest impact with 38,% on the development of the orientation of industrial cultural „s HRM specialized students - The results of the research on the factors affecting the orientation of industrial cultural values of HRM specialized students have shown that: the subjective factor has a stronger impact on than the objective factors - The research of typical psychological portraits shows that the orientation industria cultural values in HRM specialzed students is developed depending on factors such as: professional social activities, family, collective activities, ability to self-consciousness … The influence of these factors have two-sided nature, especially family factors; - The impact of experiment has been confirmed that the appropriate impact measures will gradually change the orientation of the industrial cultural value of students which has change positive trend for integration in the context of using technology into education; To formulate intellectual action for students, training can to follow a three-step process of seven stages 21 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS Conclusion 1.1 The majority of HRM specialzed students have been aware of the industrial cultural values in society such as: honesty, cooperation, respect for three processes of seven stages Measures to develop the orientation of industrial cultural values for HRM specialzed students should be conducted synchronously in an environment that is strictly specific knowledge and vocational skills for HRM specialized students 1.5 Experimental results have shown that the cognitive aspects, attitudes and behavior of students had an average score increased after conducting a series of experimental impact measures over a period of one year However, students' awareness about industrial thinking is still limited, so the results of the 22 experimental average point decrease compared with the first self-assessment results Recommendations The orientation of industrial cultural value of HRM specialized students is currently changing in a positive trend, partly showing the characteristics of the students, the adaptive advantage of students towards the goal of developing well and matching the variables change of world and regional career trends
