1 PREAMBLE 1. Reasons for choosing thesis During the renovation work carried out in accordance with the country’s target rich people, strong country, democratic, fair and civilized, our Party has identified economic development as the focus, the party is a key building, culture must be put on balance with economy, politics, society and human oriented building with personality, good lifestyle. However, the negative impact of the rise in the economy and the socialistoriented market opening process, international integration have made cultural social environment has expressed hybrid, unhealthy impacts to the human.
