or simply amortize the rest of production line that not bring or bring little benefit when operating in the country Although Vietnam is a followed country with the qualification of international investors, will not go outside that general trend According to evaluation of Foreign Investment Agency, the trend of abroad investment of Vietnamese enterprises will continue to boom in the next years, with an estimated average amount of capital increasing each year up to USD 500 million In which the corporations of the State such as Gas, Coal and Minerals, Viettel, EVN, the Bank for Investment and Development Song Da Company will remain the main channel to bring Vietnamese capital flows to integrate with the world To appear in markets with high demand like Japan or the USA is a bright and encouraging point showing the confidence and growth up of Vietnamese enterprises; but the market in developing countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America are strategic destinations for Vietnamese enterprises Therefore, beside the countries that we presented and needed to strengthen our position, these other potential markets which have a good relationship with Vietnam like Myanmar, Mongolia, Central Asian countries of the 10 highest mountain peak in the Australia continent, although the Mawson mountain in the Herald Island is higher with the measuring height is 2,745 m (9,006 ft) Almost the area are desert or semi-desert which are often known as the outback Australia is a flat continent with the less exhausted and infertile land and it is also a continent which has people living in the most exhausted area Only the Southeast and Southwest have the cool template climate Almost Australian people live mainly in the Southeast sea coast The landscape in the North of the country, with the tropical climate, includes the rain forest, domain forest, grassland, mangrove and desert The climate, in general, is nearly affected by the sea lines includes El Nino causing many periodical droughts and even tropical cyclones that leads to hurricanes in the North of Australia [20] Climate change is becoming a big worry of Australia in recent years [21] that many people considered it to be most serious problem they are facing [22] In June 2008, a specialist warned about the long period drought which can cause serious ecological harm for the whole Murray-Basin Bay, if it happened, there would not have enough water until October[23] The shortage of water at present is now happening in many cities, areas of Australia due to the result of drought [24] The Australian person of 2007, environmentalist, Tim Flannery, predicted that unless it had a huge change, Perth of the West Australia would become the first ghost city in the world, an abandon city due to lack of for the living of citizens [25] The curent government of the Prime Minister Rudd has carried out many policies to limit the seriousness level of climate change including the effort to cut down the greenhouse gas emission [26] On the first working day under the position of the Australian Prime Minister, Mr Rudd signed in the ratification of the Kyoto Protocol However, the level of carbon dioxide emission per person in Australia is on the top of the world, only after some industrial country like the USA, Canada or Norway In general, the rainfall in Australia increases in the previous decade in both area and amount [27] Although this is a positive effect of the climate change, the policy of saving water is implemented in many cities and areas of the Australia as a response to the 14 usual shortage of water due to the quick growth in the urban population as well as the series of droughts happen in the local area [28] Ecology Koala bear with eucalyptus tree are becoming the symbol of Australia Although most of the Australia area are desert or semi-desert, this country still possesses many diversed living environment, from the heather in high mountain to the rain forest After million years of evolution, isolating with other areas made the animal and plants in Australia evocating in a different way with others areas in the world The result is that there is a big ratio of Australian speaces does not appear in any other areas In the level of speace, there are about 85% plants which have flowers, 84% mammal animal, more than 45% bird species and about 89% tropical fishes only can find in Australia [29] Australia is also a country which has the largest amount of reptile species in the world with 755 species in total [30] Many ecological areas of Australia and their creatures are endangered of human activities and being invaded by other animal and plants in other areas Environmental Protection Act and the conservation of biological diversity of the State is a legal framework to save endangered species Many protection areas are created under the national biological diversity action plan with the main target to save many special ecological areas of Australia, 64 dams were written down to the Ramsar convention and 15 16 world heritages were recognized Australia was ranked on the 13th of the environmental response list 2005[31] The forest trees in Australia often have eucalyplus trees and most of them live in the high rainfall areas The Kangaroo is another symbol of Australia Australian forests are mostly made up of evergreen species and many species have adapted to habitats which fire and drought frequently occurs, including eucalyptus and wattles Australia has a large number of specialized leguminous plants which can thrive in oligotrophic soils by living in symbiosis with rhizobia bacteria and mycorrhiza fungi Among well-known Australian animals are the monotremes (the platypus and echidna); a host of marsupials, including the kangaroo, koala, and wombat saltwater and freshwater crocodiles, Australian ostrich and kingfishers Australia Australia is home to many dangerous animals including some of the most venomous snakes in the world [32] The dingo was introduced by Austronesian people who traded with Indigenous Australians around 3000 BCE[33] Many animal and plant species became extinct soon after first human settlement, including the Australian megafauna; others have disappeared since European settlement, including the Tasmanian tiger[34] Politics 16 Britain's Queen Elizabeth II is the head of the country but her role is mostly formal Commonwealth of Australia is a state under a constitutional monarchy with Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom as well as the Queen of Australia, a role distincts and separates from the position as Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, and is widely accepted as the head of state, although not specified in the constitution and the law of Australia Queen is nominally represented by the Governor-General, in practice the Governor makes virtually constitutional role and it is independent with the Queen Under the Australian Constitution, the Queen's role is entire on the formality Although the constitution theoretically given extensive executive powers to the Governor, this power is rarely used directly, and according to tradition, it is only used when the cabinet gives the advice Cabinet includes senior ministers of the government and appointed by the Governor basing on advice of the Prime Minister The most notable exercise of the Governor-General's reserve powers outside a Prime Minister's request was the dismissal of the Whitlam Government in the constitutional crisis of 1975 [35] Management system was undertaken by three interconnectedness power: • Legislative: Parliament 17 • Executive: Federal Executive Council (the Governor – General, the Prime Minister and Ministers of State) • Judiciary: High Court of Australia and other federal courts Mechanism of separation of powers is the principle according to which three power systems perform distinct activities: • Legislative establishs the law and supervises the activities of two other systems to change the law as appropriate; • Executive issues, implements and enforces the law; • Judiciary interprets the law; • Executive and the Legislature can not influence on Judiciary The basic principle of law has been changed through the Australia Act 1986 With this law, Australian law becomes the law with national characteristic, removing theoretical power of the British Parliament and implements violation law to Australian Constitution;
