xem xét mức độ phù hợp tập hợp thông tin tập hợp tiêu chí phù hợp với mục tiêu định ban đầu hay điều chỉnh q trình thu thập thơng tin; nhằm định” - Theo Từ điển Tiếng Việt:“Đánh giá hiểu nhận định giá trị” - Trong giáo dục học: “Đánh giá hiểu trình hình thành nhận định, phán đốn kết cơng việc, dựa vào phân tích thơng tin thu đối chiếu với mục tiêu, tiêu chuẩn đề ra, nhằm đề xuất định thích hợp để cải thiện thực trạng, điều chỉnh, nâng cao chất lượng hiệu công tác giáo dục” - “Đánh giá q trình thu thập thơng tin, chứng đối tượng đánh giá đưa phán xét, nhận định mức độ đạt theo tiêu chí đưa chuẩn hay kết học tập” - “Đánh giá q trình thu thập thơng tin, chứng đối tượng đánh giá đưa phán xét, nhận định mức độ đạt theo tiêu chí đưa tiêu chuẩn hay kết học tập Đánh giá đánh giá định lượng (quantitative) dựa vào số định tính (qualitative) dự vào ý kiến giá trị” Đánh giá gồm có khâu là: + Thu thập thơng tin; + Xử lí thơng tin; + Ra định Đánh giá trình bắt đầu định mục tiêu phải theo đuổi kết thúc đề định liên quan đến mục tiêu Điều khơng có nghĩa trình tổng thể kết thúc định Ngược lại, định đánh dấu khởi đầu trình khác quan trọng đánh giá: q trình đề biện pháp cụ thể tuỳ theo kết đánh giá Đánh giá (assessment) thuật ngữ mang nghĩa đánh giá (evaluation) đo đạc (measurement) Đánh giḠthực đồng thời chức năng: vừa nguồn thông tin phản hồi q trình dạy học, vừa góp phần điều chỉnh hoạt động Chuẩn đánh giá quan trọng để thực việc đánh giá, hiểu yêu cầu bản, tối thiểu cần đạt việc xem xét chất lượng sản phẩm Kiểm tra tiền đề đánh giá, khâu thiếu trình dạy học Việc đánh giá phải đảm bảo yêu cầu sau đây: Đảm bảo tính khách quan, xác Phản ánh xác kết tồn sở đối chiếu với mục tiêu đề ra, không phụ thuộc vào ý muốn chủ quan người đánh giá Đảm bảo tính tồn diện Đầy đủ khía cạnh, mặt cần đánh giá theo yêu cầu mục đích Đảm bảo tính hệ thống Tiến hành liên tục đặn theo kế hoạch định, đánh giá thường xuyên, có hệ thống thu thông tin đầy đủ, rõ ràng tạo sở để đánh giá cách toàn diện Đảm bảo tính cơng khai tính phát triển Đánh giá tiến hành công khai, kết công bố kịp thời, tạo động lực để thúc đẩy đối tượng đánh giá mong muốn vươn lên, có tác dụng thúc đẩy mặt tốt, hạn chế mặt xấu Đảm bảo tính cơng Đảm bảo học sinh thực hoạt động học tập với mức độ thể nỗ lực se nhận kết đánh Đánh giá công cụ giúp xác định lực người học đồng thời điều chỉnh trình dạy học nhằm đạt mục tiêu đề chương trình Đánh giá đồng thời động lực để đổi phương pháp dạy học, góp phần cải thiện, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục Đánh giá trình thu thập, xử lý cách có hệ thống trạng, nguyên nhân chất lượng, hiệu giáo dục Từ kết đánh giá mục tiêu dạy học, giáo viên cấp quản lý có sở xây dựng chủ trương, biện pháp hoạt động giáo dục Đánh giá định tính dựa nhận xét định lượng dựa giá trị (điểm số thu được) Đánh giá kết học tập học sinh là qua trình thu thập xử lý thơng tin trình độ, khả thực mục tiêu học tập, tác động nguyên nhân tình hình nhằm tạo sở cho định sư phạm giáo viên nhà trường cho thân học sinh để học sinh học tập ngày tiến Kiểm tra hình thức chủ yếu đánh giá Đánh giá trình theo trình Học sinh đánh giá thông qua nội dung học, hoạt động giáo dục, học, đánh giá theo mơn học tồn diện theo mục tiêu giáo dục Đánh giá không thời điểm cuối giai đoạn giáo dục mà phải thực trình Việc đánh giá học sinh mốc thời điểm khởi điểm cho giai đoạn giáo dục với yêu cầu cao kiến thức, kỹ lực thể học sinh Việc kiểm tra thường xuyên định kỳ hướng vào việc bám sát nội dung, mục tiêu bài, chủ đề mục tiêu môn học học kỳ, lớp học cấp học Việc kiểm tra đánh giá phải minh bạch, xác, khách quan, cơng phối hợp hợp lí hình thức kiểm tra đánh vấn đáp, thuyết trình, trình bày với việc sử dụng loại hình câu hỏi đa dạng tối ưu để có kết đánh giá khách quan qua khắc phục tình trạng học tủ, học lệch, học đối phó Kiểm tra định kỳ (45 phút) kiểm tra tích hợp gồm kỹ nghe, đọc, viết kiến thức ngôn ngữ Bài kiểm tra phải có 02 dạng câu hỏi cho kỹ năng/phần với định hướng đánh giá lực ngôn ngữ toàn diện học sinh Tỷ lệ thành phần thi đảm bảo chênh lệnh không 5% kỹ Số lượng câu hỏi kiểm tra từ 25 đến 40 câu kiểm tra định kỳ kiểm tra học kỳ mức độ yêu cầu độ khó câu hỏi B NỘI DUNG CHÍNH C Phần I: Xác định mục tiêu, yêu cầu kiểm tra kết học tập Mục tiêu chung 1.1 Mục tiêu dạy học Việc dạy học tiếng Anh THCS trước hết quan trọng bám sát mục tiêu dạy học môn học Mục tiêu xác định chương trình mơn tiếng Anh THCS Cụ thể là: Dạy học môn tiếng Anh THCS nhằm giúp học sinh: • Sử dụng tiếng Anh công cụ giao tiếp mức độ dạng nghe, nói, đọc, viết • Có kiến thức bản, tương đối hệ thống hoàn chỉnh tiếng Anh, phù hợp với trình độ, đặc điểm tâm lí lứa tuổi • Có hiểu biết khái qt đất nước, người văn hoá số nước nói tiếng Anh, từ có tình cảm thái độ tốt đẹp đất nước, người, văn hố ngơn ngữ nước nói tiếng Anh; biết tự hào, u q tơn trọng văn hố ngơn ngữ dân tộc Nói cụ thể hơn, mục tiêu dạy học tiếng Anh THCS nhằm vào hai yếu tố bản: kĩ giao tiếp / kĩ ngôn ngữ kiến thức ngôn ngữ 1.2 Mục tiêu kiểm tra, đánh giá Việc kiểm tra, đánh giá kết học tập học sinh phải bám sát mục tiêu dạy học Nói khác kiểm tra, đánh giá kết học tập cần tập trung vào hai yếu tố bản: • Kiểm tra, đánh giá kết học tập qua bốn kĩ năng: nghe, nói, đọc viết • Kiểm tra, đánh giá kết học tập qua kiến thức ngôn ngữ: ngữ âm, từ vựng, ngữ pháp (vừa thành mục riêng, vừa lồng ghép kĩ giao tiếp) Như vậy, năm thành tố cần có kiểm tra, đánh giá kết học tập học sinh là: nghe, nói, đọc, viết kiến thức ngôn ngữ Tỉ lệ thành tố kiểm tra đánh giá là: nghe 20%, nói 20%, đọc 20%, viết 20% kiến thức ngôn ngữ 20% Mục tiêu cụ thể năm học (từ lớp đến lớp 9) 2.1 Mục tiêu cần đạt kĩ giao tiếp / kĩ ngôn ngữ Trên sở mục tiêu chung dạy học tiếng Anh trường phổ thông, cần xác định mục tiêu cụ thể cho năm học lớp học Những mục tiêu cụ thể xác định chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình THCS Mục tiêu cụ thể năm học thể bốn yếu tố hay kĩ năng: nghe – nói - đọc - viết Dưới ví dụ mục tiêu cụ thể dạy học tiếng Anh lớp Hết lớp 6, học sinh có khả sử dụng kiến thức tiếng Anh học phạm vi chương trình để ra: LỚP Nghe: • Nghe hiểu tiếng Anh sử dụng lớp học Nói: Đọc: Viết: • Nghe hiểu đoạn văn ngắn (khoảng 60-80 từ), đơn giản chủ điểm với nội dung ngơn ngữ đề cập chương trình • Thực yêu cầu giao tiếp hàng ngày tiếng Anh ngồi lớp học • Diễn đạt nội dung giao tiếp đơn giản hàng ngày liên quan đến chủ điểm nội dung ngôn ngữ học chương trình • Đọc hiểu nội dung đoạn văn ngắn (khoảng 100120 từ), đơn giản phạm vi chủ điểm học chương trình • Đọc hiểu nội dung văn sở ngữ liệu học có kết hợp với suy luận tra cứu từ điển • Viết có hướng dẫn đoạn văn ngắn (khoảng 60-70 từ) mô tả báo cáo tường thuật hoạt động cá nhân lớp học khuôn khổ ngơn ngữ chủ điểm chương trình • Viết để phục vụ nhu cầu giao tiếp cá nhân xã giao đơn giản điền vào phiếu cá nhân, bảng điều tra, viết thư cho bạn, E-mail ngắn…… Khi xác định mục tiêu kiểm tra đánh giá năm học dựa vào chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình THCS, cần tính đến bốn yếu tố là: (1) xác định rừ kĩ cần kiểm tra, (2) độ dài văn kiểm tra, (3) nội dung kiểm tra (chủ điểm, chủ đề kiểm tra), (4) kiến thức ngôn ngữ sử dụng kiểm tra Trong bốn yếu tố yếu tố (1) xác định mục tiêu kiểm tra, yếu tố (2) xác định độ dài kiểm tra yếu tố (3) (4) xác định độ khó kiểm tra Ví dụ sau nói rõ cách xác định mục tiêu kiểm tra lớp với bốn yếu tố trên: Kĩ Nghe hiểu Độ dài văn đoạn văn khoảng 60-80 từ Nói / nội dung giao tiếp Diễn đạt đơn giản Đọc hiểu đoạn văn khoảng 100-120 từ Viết có đoạn văn khoảng hướng dẫn 60-70 từ Nội dung chủ điểm chương trình chủ điểm chương trình chủ điểm chương trình chủ điểm chương trình trong trong Kiến thức ngơn ngữ nội dung ngơn ngữ chương trình nội dung ngơn ngữ chương trình nội dung ngơn ngữ chương trình nội dung ngơn ngữ chương trình Điểm chung yếu tố là: • Các mục tiêu xác định rừ ràng nghe hiểu, nói hay diễn đạt, đọc hiểu, viết có hướng dẫn • Các nội dung nghe, nói, đọc, viết khơng nằm ngồi chủ điểm mà chương trình qui định • Nội dung ngơn ngữ nghe, nói, đọc, viết khơng nằm ngồi nội dung ngơn ngữ mà chương trình qui định Sự khác biệt chỗ độ dài văn dùng kiểm tra kĩ khác nghe khoảng 60-80 từ , đọc koảng khoảng 100-120 từ viết khoảng 60-70 từ cho nghe, đọc viết khác Khi so sánh mục tiêu kiểm tra năm học thấy: • Điểm chung tất kĩ hình thành phát triển xoay quanh chủ điểm giao tiếp lặp lại có mở rộng qua năm học • Điểm khác biệt có phát triển độ khó (nội dung) độ dài (hình thức) kĩ Ví dụ với kĩ nói, lớp học sinh diễn đạt nội dung giao tiếp đơn giản hàng ngày, song chủ điểm nội dung ngôn ngữ lớp mở rộng nâng cao Độ dài kĩ năm học khác Ví dụ với kĩ viết lớp học sinh viết có hướng dẫn đoạn văn ngắn (khoảng 60-70 từ) lớp 70-80 từ, lớp 80-90 từ lớp 90-100 từ 2.2 Mục tiêu cần đạt kiến thức ngôn ngữ Nếu bốn kĩ giao tiếp mục tiêu cuối dạy học tiếng Anh yếu tố quan trọng xác định mục tiêu kiểm tra kiến thức ngôn ngữ phương tiện nhằm đạt đến mục tiêu giao tiếp nội dung ngơn ngữ kiểm tra Ví dụ: Nội dung ngơn ngữ qui định chương trình lớp là: LỚP 6: - Tenses: present simple, present progressive, future simple - Modal verbs: can / cannot, must / must not - Wh-questions: How? What? Where? Which? When? Why? - Yes / No questions - Imperatives: commands (positive / negative) - Adjectives: comparatives and superlatives of adjectives - Possessive case - Personal pronouns - Prepositions of position - Partitives: a box of, a can of - Indefinite quantifiers: some, any, a few, a little, lots, a lot of - Adverbs of frequency: sometimes, usually - Articles: a(n), the - What about verb-ing …? Nội dung ngôn ngữ qui định chương trình lớp rằng, kiểm tra kĩ nghe, nói, đọc viết lớp phải nằm phạm vi kiến thức ngôn ngữ nêu Các kiểm tra tránh có tương ngơn ngữ khơng qui định chương trình Phần II: Xác định nội dung kiểm tra kết học tập học sinh Nội dung chung Nội dung dạy học môn tiếng Anh THCS xây dưng sở mạch nội dung Những mạch nội dung đồng thời nội dung kiểm tra kết học tập học sinh Các mạch nội dung là: • Nội dung chủ điểm • Các kĩ giao tiếp: nghe, nói, đọc, viết • Kiến thức ngôn ngữ: hệ thống ngữ âm, từ vựng, ngữ pháp Nội dung cụ thể 2.1 Nội dung chủ điểm Nội dung kiểm tra, đánh giá kết học tập chủ điểm giao tiếp Các chủ điểm thể cột thứ (Thems/Topcs) bảng chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ lớp (xem bảng bên dưới) với chủ điểm xuyên suốt chương trình từ lớp đến lớp là: • Các vấn đề cá nhân (Personal information) • Các vấn đề học tập giáo dục (Education) • Cộng đồng (Community) • Sức khoẻ (Health) • Vui chơi, giải trí (Recreation) • Thế giới quanh ta (The world around us) Dưới chủ điểm hệ thống chủ đề (Topic) có lặp lại mở rộng qua năm học Nếu chủ điểm lớp gồm ba chủ đề: Oneself, Friends, House and family chủ điểm có ba chủ đề lớp 9: Friends, Clothing, Home village Các kĩ giao tiếp nghe, nói, đọc, viết kiến thức ngôn ngữ ngữ âm, từ vựng, ngữ pháp xây dựng xoay quanh chủ điểm chủ đề nằm phạm vi khoảng 1.500 từ 2.2 Các kĩ giao tiếp / kĩ ngôn ngữ Các kĩ giao tiếp / kĩ ngôn ngữ thể cột thứ hai (Attainment targets - iii) bảng chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ Kĩ giao tiếp thể lực hay khả sử dụng ngôn ngữ thông qua chức ngôn ngữ (Make and respond to introductions, Ask and respond to questions on personal preferences, Ask for and give information about the geography of one’s home country) nhiệm vụ giao tiếp (Talk about a picnic in the country) Kĩ giao tiếp thể qua bốn kĩ nghe, nói, đọc, viết Điều cần lưu ý xác định nội dung kiểm tra, đánh giá kết học tập mức độ thể kĩ Ví dụ lớp 9, HS nghe hiểu đoạn văn / đoạn hội thoại phạm vi 120 đơn vị từ vựng, đọc hiểu đoạn văn / đoạn hội thoại phạm vi 150-180 đơn vị từ vựng viết đoạn văn cú gợi ý phạm vi 80-100 từ 2.3 Kiến thức ngôn ngữ Kiến thức ngôn ngữ thể cột thứ ba (Language Focus - iii) bảng chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ Kiến thức ngôn ngữ hệ thống từ vựng ngữ pháp tạo thành phương tiện hình thành kĩ ngôn ngữ Kiến thức ngôn ngữ thể giới hạn ngữ pháp phạm vị từ vựng cho chủ đề năm học Điều cần lưu ý xõy dựng đề kiểm tra, ngườu đề khơng soạn đọc, nghe, viết ngồi pham vị kiến thức ngôn ngữ qui định chuẩn kiến thức kĩ Dưới bảng chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ lớp THCS LỚP Themes/ Topics(i) 1.Personal information -
