Objectives: By the end of the lesson students will be able to know how to introduce yourself and say to thank you . T guides ss to play game Ss do as T’s requirements . T does model& elicting vocabulary Ss : listen & guess T : reads model 3 times Ss : listen & repeat T : listen to them & correct their mistakes if they don’t pronunce correctly Ss : practice in ( individually, pairs, groups ) T : reads the text not more 5 lines & writes some of vocabulary key on the board in order to help ss to remember the text. Ss : listen T : lets them play the roles of the people in the picture, then practice in pairs. Ss : copy down the text in their notebooks . T : tells the ss how to identify oneself. Ss : listen & copy down . T : writes the dialogue not more 6 lines on the board, then reads model each sentence . Ss : repeat . T : erases some words in the dialogue. Ss : practice chorally . T : rewrite the dialogue on the board & introduce the target language the new lesson . Ss : listen & copy down . T : reads the dialogue . Ss : repeat . T : lets them listen & then ask them to practice in pairs .
