Some pairs present their work. - T helps them with their pronunciation. - T introduces the situation of the lesson. Situation: Mrs. Quyen is going to the USA for a vacation. She is ringing her friend, Mrs. Smith, to tell her about the tour. - T uses pictures to elicit and explain new words. - Ss practice pronunciation and guess the meaning of words. -T checks vocabulary by doing slap the board. - T sets up situations to present the model sentences. - Ss copy down. - Ss guess to complete the schedule before listening to the tape. e. Our accommodation is included in the ticket price. * Invitations Mrs. Smith: Then you come over for dinner one night. * Accept invitations Mrs. Quyen: Yes, we’d love to but we’ll only be in town for three nights.
