B/ Contents Structure: Review Vocabulary: Review C/Teaching aids: Book, objects D/ Procedures: I. The class organization: (1’) Number the Ss in the class : 8A1 8A2 8A3 II. Check the previous lesson : ( pass) III. New lesson : 1) Warm up : - T asks Ss some questions about the things that they did in the summer holiday . What did you do ? Where did you go / visit ? Did you usually visit your friends ? Did you go to your hometown 2) Presentation : (15’) * T introduces organization of the book . English grade 8 contains 16 units , each organization around a particular topic as in the grade 6 and 7 book . Which precedes it and guides Ss to read the introduction part in grade 8 book * Review: T leads Ss to review the old knowledge . Each dilogue has some missing informations. You listen to the tape and complete the dilogue. - Play the tape two or three times. - Ask students to compare their answers with their partners. - Call some pairs read loud the dilogues have completed. - Give feedback. a, (1).
