Stages Teacher’s activities Students’ activities 1, Warm up Make sentences with these adjectives and adverbs: good/ well, skillful/ skillfully, bad/ badly. Ask some questions about students -Do you usually play sports every day? -What sport do you play? Go to board and make the sentences with these adjectives and adverbs. Answer the questions 2,Presentation -Do you like walking? @ Now you look at this picture and answer the questions: - What are they doing? - Do you always take a walk? - What are the benefits of walking? Nowadays, many people like walking because it is very benefits for their health. You are going to read a passage about walking- one of the most popular sport activities. After that you answer the questions in your book. Read or play the tape. Guide the students to read a passage. Can go around the class to help them finding the new words: - Walking for fun- WFF: - Competition: sự tham gia - Prize: giải thưởng - Organize: tổ chức - Participant: người tham gia Look at the picture and talk about it by asking the questions of teacher. Listen to teacher. Listen to the tape and read it. Practice with a partner and find the new words.
