Hotel business is a dynamic and potential service industry Hotel business is a complex activity, requiring large investments in finance, people and time However, if managed effectively, this can be a highly profitable and sustainable business model With the continuous development of tourism, the demand for quality accommodation is increasing, creating many attractive business opportunities Vietnam with great tourism potential, the hotel industry is being strongly invested and attracts the attention of many businesses, notably Muong Thanh Grand Hanoi

The most important market classification for hotels is tourists; therefore, hotel businesses can only succeed in areas with tourism resources The value and appeal of tourism resources also determine the ranking of hotels Thus, when investing in hotel businesses, it is essential to thoroughly research the parameters of tourism resources as well as the target customer groups and potential customers attracted to the tourist destination From there, the specifications of the hotel should be determined when investing in construction and design to ensure relevance At the same time, the architectural planning and technical infrastructure of hotels at tourist sites also affect whether they enhance or diminish the value of tourism resources

Due to the quality demands of hotel products, the technical facilities of the hotel must also meet high standards The luxury of the interior furnishings is a reason for the high initial investment costs of hotel projects Additionally, there are other factors such
