Internships are a great opportunity for me to improve my knowledge, learn practical skills, work in a professional environment and put what I learned in university into practice So I consider myself a very lucky person to have met and worked with so many excellent people who guided me throughout my internship.After 6 weeks of internship at : Hoang Manh Construction And Trading Company Limited is an opportunity for me to synthesize, learn and experience a professional working environment During the internship, I found that practical rubbing was important to help students gain more experience right from the time they were in school Thanks to the dedicated teaching of teachers and brothers and sisters at the company, I have learned many valuable experiences in this internship

During the past 4 years, I have learned a lot of knowledge, but I have not been able to bring that knowledge

to society and practice it The internship is the best opportunity for me to apply the knowledge I have learned in practice After researching and consulting some suitable companies, I reached out to the public and decided to apply and practice here Fortunately, my application was approved Hoang Manh Construction And Trading Company Limited a company with a position in society, is the dream workplace of many people

The first reason why I decided to choose this company for an internship is that I want to apply the knowledge I have learned from the university into practice This is a company with professional staff who have expertise and I can learn a lot from them Along with that, this is an opportunity for me to hone some soft skills, and further improve my foreign language skills

 Director: The director is Mr.Hoang Van Hau Manh who is responsible for operating and deciding all activities of the company Issue the regulation on the internal management of the ompany cC

 Sales department: Includes direct sales and online sales responsible for selling on websites that advise customers about products The sales department responsible for direct sales at the store

 Marketing department: Is responsible for market research, marketing strategy, sales, advertising, pricing and product development

At Hoang Manh Construction and Trading Company Limited my task is to directly exchange with business partners about the company's project, and at the same time translate some Vietnamese - English documents of the company This job also requires careful meticulousness so there are a lot of things that I have to learn This is why I find work increasingly enjoyable and enjoyable

I applied the communication methods and translation methods learned in class to communicate with foreign business partners about the company's projects, then I gave the translations to the director for approval After the
