1 Executive summary

Faced with many potential risks of disease and food hygiene and safety issues today, people are often concerned about their health and are highly conscious of finding healthy diets With the development of the internet and social networks, eating a healthy diet to improve health, improve body shape and skin has become a more popular trend than ever However, to follow this diet effectively is not a simple matter Dishes need to be prepared in appropriate amounts, which is generally quite time-consuming Based on consumer needs, the group came up with the idea of a healthy food business project that meets consumers' needs Targeting students and those interested in good health and a healthy lifestyle, our Fresh and Clean store mainly offers healthy items such as seasonal fruit juices, granola mixed nuts, granola nuts, cereal crackers, dried mushroom snacks and fresh salads of the day With the slogan

"be healthy be happy", our store carries the mission of meeting the clean food needs of consumers; Bringing customers convenience and safety; contribute to improving the quality of human life To become the top trust for customers, we strive to diversify retail models in stores and on social media, looking for high quality, safe sources of goods

2 Company description

Our group consists of 5 members Together we researched the market, customers' tastes and came up with the idea of opening a healthy food store Before coming up with this business idea, we learned about healthy food, its sources, and how to prepare

it to give customers the best experience when coming to us We assign each person to each position: responsible for sourcing, equipment, branding, processing and sales to

be able to perform the steps quickly Each member plays an important role in the store and works seriously to build customer trust in the store's staff as well as the quality of the products we provide

Regarding product strategy, the store choose to provide the following main products and services:

Providing distribution and supply of nutritious menus and dishes, bringing health and body shape to customers if used long-term

Advise customers on appropriate solutions and options if they want to have a balanced body, good health, or want to lose weight

Actively apply e-commerce to increase sales and expand market share Building

an online sales website helps customers make purchases easily and simply, saves time and ensures absolute confidentiality and safety for customers during the transaction process

4 Market and competitor research

4.1 Target customer

Because the address of our restaurant is near a high school, two universities and some official towers in Dong Da district, the number of customers are students and office staff around there We aim for people who have a healthy routine in food and drink, want to look for organic, good for their health meals or maybe a quick meal Normally, this customer type doesn't have too complicated a demand in taste of meals like other luxury restaurants They just want a clean and mouth-watering meal, full of nutritions like: protein, good fats, vegetables, starch, and enough to make them feel full of energy for a long day Therefore, we decided to set the medium price suit with them

4.2 Competitive Strategy

The restaurant industry is highly competitive in terms of price, service, location, and food quality Moreover, it is often affected by changes in consumer trends, economic conditions and the concerns about the nutritional content of the food

First of all, we concentrated on the trends of the youth recently that are interested in the appearance of meals and restaurant’s decoration for check-in So we focus on the decorated meals, how to be basic but not simple, still outstanding when everyone sees them The space is the face of restaurants that make a first impression on customers And luckily, we have free space for business at one of our member’s houses The cost

of business premises is maximine so we could spend money to decorate the space This makes us receive many positive compliments from customers

Besides the appearance, tastes and cleanness of food is also important In order to make sure that they will visit our restaurant next time We maintain the taste of foods

is stable everyday, the nutrition of them is always good , we choose the safety ingredients from organic farming like: vegetable, cashew, almond, nut, Maybe the cost of them is higher than other supplies, however it is completely safe for customers

We prioritize the experience of customers when using our service therefore staff attitude is the most important to us in the recruitment and training Our staff must greet all customers whenever they come to the door and have good behavior with customers More than that, we will never ever forget the quote “ Dare to be different ” Be unique

a Tik Tok account to post short, creative, and vibrant videos about products and the food processing that have proven to be an effective way to connect with younger customers In addition, we also run ads on these websites at a reasonable cost of about

Every business that wants to succeed online must have a clearly defined website marketing strategy It is one of the most important digital marketing channels to get more traffic or make more sales Combined with a well-defined SEO plan, the process

of increasing the website's visibility in search engines, eventually increases rankings and traffic from search engines In order for customers to buy food or, in other words, shop online on the website, reaching many customers in a short time is the top task promoted by Fresh& Clean

Our website is designed with a simple hierarchical site structure – A good site structure helps users and search engines navigate a website to find the information they need quickly It has accurate information about products, and it provides users with everything they need to know about our shop and products Make use of visual elements to get the attention of your users

The website also has visual elements and social media sharing buttons on the pages so that it can be shared on social networks such as Facebook and Tik Tok The estimated cost for maintaining the website including all costs such as upgrade costs, support costs, maintenance costs is estimated at about 2 million VND

If the website operates well, it will increase the organization's profit rate, improve the consumer experience and increase brand recognition among a series of other websites

Affiliate marketing is the process by which an affiliate earns a commission for marketing another company’s products The affiliate simply searches for a product they enjoy, then promotes that product and earns a piece of the profit from each sale they make Affiliate marketing is a great way to drive sales and generate significant online revenue Extremely beneficial to both Fresh&Clean and partner organizations

We want to cooperate with websites with high traffic to reach a large customer base in

a short time For example, posting an advertising design about online shopping on applications such as ShopeeFood and Baemin or news sites will attract a large number

of customers to the partner organization's website, so Fresh&Clean can reach those customers potential goods that we are aiming for

Moreover, we will hire KOC to test our products and services and make comments and reviews They have an average number of followers, so the review of products and services will be more objective and authentic It will contribute to creating trust for customers and increasing the prestige of our business This has a stronger and more direct impact on consumers than campaigns with aggressive KOLs, thereby helping to increase the conversion rate for Fresh&Clean's products and services
