1 Reasons for our grouping

We create groups together and work to help each other understand the project better, increase teamwork and connection Each member of the team has a different ability, we rely on that to divide the task so that the member's ability is suitable for the assigned work We also use that to decide who is the leader who will guide and connect everyone.

Faced with many potential risks of disease and food hygiene and safety issues today,people are often concerned about their health and are highly conscious of findinghealthy diets With the development of the internet and social networks, eating ahealthy diet to improve health, improve body shape and skin has become a morepopular trend than ever However, to follow this diet effectively is not a simple matter.Dishes need to be prepared in appropriate amounts, which is generally quite time-consuming Based on consumer needs, the group came up with the idea of a healthyfood business project that meets consumers' needs Targeting students and thoseinterested in good health and a healthy lifestyle, our Fresh and Clean store mainlyoffers healthy items such as seasonal fruit juices, granola mixed nuts, granola nuts,cereal crackers, dried mushroom snacks and fresh salads of the day With the slogan"be healthy be happy", our store carries the mission of meeting the clean food needs ofconsumers; Bringing customers convenience and safety; contribute to improving thequality of human life To become the top trust for customers, we strive to diversifyretail models in stores and on social media, looking for high quality, safe sources ofgoods.

2 Company description

Our group consists of 5 members Together we researched the market, customers'tastes and came up with the idea of opening a healthy food store Before coming upwith this business idea, we learned about healthy food, its sources, and how to prepareit to give customers the best experience when coming to us We assign each person toeach position: responsible for sourcing, equipment, branding, processing and sales tobe able to perform the steps quickly Each member plays an important role in the storeand works seriously to build customer trust in the store's staff as well as the quality ofthe products we provide.

4 Market and competitor research4.1 Target customer

Because the address of our restaurant is near a high school, two universities and some official towers in Dong Da district, the number of customers are students and office staff around there We aim for people who have a healthy routine in food and drink, want to look for organic, good for their health meals or maybe a quick meal Normally,this customer type doesn't have too complicated a demand in taste of meals like other luxury restaurants They just want a clean and mouth-watering meal, full of nutritions like: protein, good fats, vegetables, starch, and enough to make them feel full of energy for a long day Therefore, we decided to set the medium price suit with them

4.2 Competitive Strategy

The restaurant industry is highly competitive in terms of price, service, location, and food quality Moreover, it is often affected by changes in consumer trends, economic conditions and the concerns about the nutritional content of the food.

First of all, we concentrated on the trends of the youth recently that are interested in the appearance of meals and restaurant’s decoration for check-in So we focus on the decorated meals, how to be basic but not simple, still outstanding when everyone sees them The space is the face of restaurants that make a first impression on customers And luckily, we have free space for business at one of our member’s houses The cost of business premises is maximine so we could spend money to decorate the space This makes us receive many positive compliments from customers

Besides the appearance, tastes and cleanness of food is also important In order to make sure that they will visit our restaurant next time We maintain the taste of foods is stable everyday, the nutrition of them is always good , we choose the safety ingredients from organic farming like: vegetable, cashew, almond, nut, Maybe the cost of them is higher than other supplies, however it is completely safe for customers.

Every business that wants to succeed online must have a clearly defined websitemarketing strategy It is one of the most important digital marketing channels to getmore traffic or make more sales Combined with a well-defined SEO plan, the processof increasing the website's visibility in search engines, eventually increases rankingsand traffic from search engines In order for customers to buy food or, in other words,shop online on the website, reaching many customers in a short time is the top taskpromoted by Fresh& Clean.

Our website is designed with a simple hierarchical site structure – A good sitestructure helps users and search engines navigate a website to find the informationthey need quickly It has accurate information about products, and it provides userswith everything they need to know about our shop and products Make use of visualelements to get the attention of your users.

The website also has visual elements and social media sharing buttons on the pages sothat it can be shared on social networks such as Facebook and Tik Tok The estimatedcost for maintaining the website including all costs such as upgrade costs, supportcosts, maintenance costs is estimated at about 2 million VND

If the website operates well, it will increase the organization's profit rate, improve theconsumer experience and increase brand recognition among a series of other websites.
