Our group chose Huynh Van Banh Street as the business location for the secondhand clothing store “The 2hand Store TVH” Because Huynh Van Banh is an attractive fashion route in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City This place is likened to the "fashion capital" of Phu Nhuan, with more than 30 large and small multi-style clothing stores creating a colorful fashion world for young people in Saigon.

However, this will also be a big challenge for the team because this area has many shops selling clothes, instead of going to a store selling second-hand clothes, the possibility of customers entering new clothing shops will be higher But with TVH's strength, which specializes in selling secondhand clothes with a commitment to brand names, rich designs, and extremely affordable prices, especially with a limited number of customers, they won't worry about touching the goods I believe the team will undertake that big challenge into an opportunity for "The 2hand Store TVH" to grow and thrive

Macro environment

2022 was estimated to increase by 5.03% over the same period last year, higher than the growth rate of 4.72% in the first quarter of 2021 and 3.66% in the first quarter of 2020 Inflation was under control, the average consumer price index (CPI) in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 1.92% over the same period last year; core inflation increased by 0.81% This is a remarkable result in the direction and administration of prices by the Government in the context that many countries around the world are suffering an unprecedented "price storm" in the past few decades Thereby shows that the economy is gradually recovering, people's living standards have been improved, getting rid of the situation of "austerity" and giving the green light to the secondhand goods business.
