công ty KSKD mạnh nhờ phá vỡ mơ hình VHDN truyền thống (Radiou & Bohhu, 2015; Ries, 2017; Neuburger, 2018) Sử dụng nghiên cứu định tính (lý thuyết lên từ liệu), vận dụng lý thuyết Schermerhorn (2012) OCAI (Cameron & Quinn, 2011) với phương pháp (1) xác minh biểu trưng VHDN, (2) đo lường tính chất VHDN cơng cụ OCAI, (3) tham vấn chuyên gia, (4) tổng quan tài liệu (5) nghiên cứu bàn giấy, tác giả làm rõ vấn đề phát triển VHDN, thực trạng VHDN KSKD TP.HCM, đặc trưng hệ biểu trưng hữu hình VHDN, tính chất đặc trưng VHDN tính chất mong muốn tương VHDN KSKD TP.HCM Kết nghiên cứu (1) có xuất biểu trưng số (website trang mạng xã hội – social network) q trình số hóa hệ biểu trưng VHDN KSKD TP.HCM đề nghị thừa nhận thức biểu trưng số (website trang mạng xã hội – social network) biểu trưng hệ biểu trưng VHDN; (2) nghi lễ có vị trí quan trọng đời sống VHDN KSKD TP.HCM; (3) nhà quản trị với đặc tính Lãnh đạo đề cao VHDN, sắc khác biệt tồn VHDN KSKD TP.HCM; (4) VH gia đình tính chất chủ đạo tính chất VH sáng tạo mong muốn tương lai, xung đột tính chất VH thách thức rào cản cho phát triển VHDN nói riêng phát triển DN nói chung cơng ty KSKD TP.HCM (5) sáng tạo chưa phải tính chất VHDN KSKD TP.HCM Cuối cùng, để phát triển VHDN KSKD TP.HCM, tác giả đề xuất giải pháp (1) Các nhà KSKD cần nhận thức rõ vai trò tầm quan trọng VHDN KSKD quan tâm vấn đề phát triển VHDN KSKD lên hàng đầu; (2) Ngoài việc hồn thiện biểu trưng hữu hình, cơng ty KSKD cần tạo lập biểu trưng số thực chuyển đổi số biểu trưng VHDN; (3) Các công ty KSKD nên xác lập chiến lược, kế hoạch phát triển VHDN KSKD theo hướng thích ứng với thời đại số mới; (4) Thực hành Quản trị giá trị cơng ty KSKD (5) Phát triển tính chất sáng tạo cho VHDN công ty KSKD iv ABSTRACT Corporate culture is the starting of a startup, startups are strong because they disrupt traditional corporate culture models (Radiou & Bohhu, 2015; Ries, 2017; Neuburger, 2018) Using qualitative research (grounded theory), applying Schermerhorn (2012) and OCAI (Cameron & Quinn, 2011) theories with methods such as (1) artefactual approach to corporate culture, (2) measure the characteristics of corporate culture, (3) expert consultation, (4) literature review and (5) desk study, the author has clarified the issue of corporate culture development, the current state of corporate culture of startups in Ho Chi Minh City, highlighted the characteristics of the tangible symbolic system of corporate culture, and its specific properties of the present and wishes for the future The research results have shown that (1) the appearance of Digital Designs (websites and social networks) and the digitization of the symbolic system of corporate culture in Ho Chi Minh City, the author believes that it must be officially recognized that Digital Designs (websites and social networking sites) is one of the symbolic system of corporate culture; (2) Ceremonies have a very important position in the corporate culture of startups in Ho Chi Minh City; (3) Managers with leadership characteristics are emphasized, identity and difference are the weaknesses of the corporate culture of startups in Ho Chi Minh City; (4) Clan culture is the dominant nature at present and Adhocracy culture is desirable in the future, cultural conflicts are challenges and barriers for the development of corporate culture of startups and (5) Adhocracy culture is not a characteristic of the startups corporate culture in Ho Chi Minh City The author proposed solutions are (1) Startups need to be aware of the role and the importance of corporate culture; (2) In addition to perfecting symbolic system, startups need to design digital symbolic system and perform digital transformation of corporate culture symbolic system; (3) Startups should establish strategies and implementation plans to corporate culture development in the direction of adapting to the digital era; (4) Practicing Management by Values (MBV) and (5) Developing the
