Bài tiểu luận về kế hoạch phát triển lãnh đạo. Leadership development plan For a student studying at school, the world of business is still quite new and there is still much to explore and learn. However, I am ready for the challenges at work, as well as building for myself a roadmap to develop the right leadership skills and entrepreneurial orientation. In many different business units, the role of leaders is concentrated mainly in the management and operation of one or more different functions. Essentially, leaders also need to work with other people to make important decisions and guide an organization in the right direction. I often think of a leader as an experienced executive with a separate office and a team. But in reality I feel that many successful organizations often rely on the strength of an entire workforce that is clearly guided in the right direction by the business leader. Therefore, leadership skills and entrepreneurial orientation are extremely important for my future career development. In addition, in many cases, employees demonstrate strong leadership skills regardless of their job title or length of time. Therefore, the current leadership development plan can help me to have a clearer path to improve my leadership and guide my own development; through the creation of a Personal Leadership Development Plan in the next 5 to 10 years in the future of my career. This type of plan can help me grow in my current role and also prepare me to take on additional leadership responsibilities in a new role in social and workplace settings.

Leadership development plan Abstract For a student studying at school, the world of business is still quite new and there is still much to explore and learn However, I am ready for the challenges at work, as well as building for myself a roadmap to develop the right leadership skills and entrepreneurial orientation In many different business units, the role of leaders is concentrated mainly in the management and operation of one or more different functions Essentially, leaders also need to work with other people to make important decisions and guide an organization in the right direction I often think of a leader as an experienced executive with a separate office and a team But in reality I feel that many successful organizations often rely on the strength of an entire workforce that is clearly guided in the right direction by the business leader Therefore, leadership skills and entrepreneurial orientation are extremely important for my future career development In addition, in many cases, employees demonstrate strong leadership skills regardless of their job title or length of time Therefore, the current leadership development plan can help me to have a clearer path to improve my leadership and guide my own development; through the creation of a Personal Leadership Development Plan in the next to 10 years in the future of my career This type of plan can help me grow in my current role and also prepare me to take on additional leadership responsibilities in a new role in social and workplace settings Part 1: Report Leadership Development Introduction I have been learning and cultivating real knowledge in the business environment at both school and the work that I have been exposed to before Therefore, I can feel that my strength is that I can learn and the first guided tasks quite quickly I have the opportunity to be exposed to the business environment because the family has a family-oriented business company Basically, I followed my father into the business field quite early combined with the background of knowledge learned at school After graduating from school, my father took me into the family company to work Therefore, my other strength is the ability to receive entrepreneurial orientation from my father and leaders in the company However, I also need to improve myself when receiving new knowledge, related to the field of digital marketing or more diverse business strategies A Leadership Development Plan outlines the steps I plan to take to become a leader when the opportunity arises to take over the company from my father A plan should include the skills I need to improve, the responsibilities I want to take on, and the tasks I hope I can take on and complete Therefore, my leadership needs are basically quite urgent due to the entrepreneurial orientations from the family My leadership needs include gaining leadership knowledge, entrepreneurial orientation and appropriate job responsibilities Business orientation, according to Wales et al (2019), includes a willingness to innovate, to seek risks, to be proactive and proactive and to be more aggressive than competitors when new market prospects arise According to Freiling and Schehowe (2014), Entrepreneurship can describe the corporate-level strategic processes that companies use to gain competitive advantage Business orientation is connected to procedures at the company level as well as the people level According to Balasubramanian et al (2020), fledgling organizations should be cautious while adopting strategic directions because of the limited financial and administrative resources they have Business orientation can be classified into categories according to Tripopsakul and Asavanant (2017), including innovation, risk-taking, initiative, competitive aggression and self-control The results of previous research imply that Entrepreneurship orientation contributes to the overall performance level of the business, high risk taking is likely to have the opposite effect for companies Entrepreneurship literature has recognized the importance of Entrepreneurship for business operations (Solikahan and Mohammad, 2019) Leadership is a process by which a single individual takes the lead, orienting employees in the same specialized group to work in harmony to accomplish different business goals (Toma, Catană and Grădinaru, 2020) The leader's goals include the development and planning of strategies, visionary plans for an entire business unit; through the use of influence to lead members The leadership process consists of strategies and plans to influence other members to motivate them to work voluntarily for the common goals of the organization or business (Surji, 2015) The role of the leader is not to stand behind to urge employees but to motivate, encourage, guide and support employees to achieve the set goals (Strait, 2020) Many organizations in many countries hire people from many different cultures More deeply, the impact of globalization and economic integration makes many companies not only external organizations but also parts of their own organizations (Henson, 2015) Therefore, many leaders in the 21st century need to be proficient in the process of managing multicultural human resources Leaders need to quickly grasp the characteristics of cultures, because it is important in shaping behavior A multicultural environment can cause many different problems such as different habits, cultures, families, obligations, customs or traditional values (Szydło, Szpilko and Samul,2022) Current and Future development plans When I graduate from the school, I will return to the family company and participate in the operation Maybe my dad will put me in a small team leader position or an employee I hope to be part of a team rather than being exposed to the status of a leader I enjoy researching product innovation, promoting product diversification, and sales promotion strategy in general I identify stable and high product quality as the most competitive strength when benefiting from the company's innovation and continuous improvement Essentially, I have an assessment of the prospects for accelerating the business and expanding the airline industry which is really important in the recent period of the company I would rather approach long-term business stability than business promotion This is demonstrated when the risk appetite of both generations is quite low Earley et al (2009) pointed out that leaders increasingly need to gain knowledge from many different fields rather than focusing on their strengths I identified the job that I wanted to join first as the marketing department and product development projects of the family business At the present time, I am learning more skills related to digital marketing, reading books about marketing insides to improve my ability and knowledge Recommendations In a business environment full of competition and change today, globalization is a trend that determines the existence or departure of any business; including my family business (Kapur, 2020) One of the strict requirements of the dismissal is that the development of the leadership team has not kept up with the market development trend Leadership is a very important factor for any management leader Leadership is not only needed in work but also in life A good leader needs to establish his direction and Leadership ability to lead the team to accomplish the goal in the best way (Moore and Rudd, 2004) To be a strong leader, I need to have the knowledge to run a business or a small group of employees These issues include skills, experience, experience in many different fields to increase my own understanding In the next phase, I prioritize promoting skills such as: motivation skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and succession development skills I appreciate the role customer reviews and comments play in helping a business grow The main jobs that I identify need to ensure the level of knowledge and professional background; including market research, analysis of industry trends, future supply and demand changes or external opportunities In addition, I also promote surveys to capture consumer needs The company can use all the information from the survey to build customer loyalty When going further in the field of marketing, I want to promote the business of the family company based on the application of technology; such as the use of social media marketing and live-streaming, especially after the survey is over Also, I never use negative competitive strategies, such as price competition The current process the company realizes benefits from continuous improvement and innovation in product and join the marketing department as an apprentice and learn important skills I researched the implementation of a digital marketing plan to promote the value of the family business 4th year: I took over the work of the marketing department and implemented projects to expand the business more 5th year: I will run both the marketing and sales departments I look forward to developing plans to bring the family business to the world APPENDIX Years to 3: I will evaluate revenue growth and opportunity costs from driving new marketing strategies As for myself, I find the first stages in the work environment can be relatively difficult Therefore, I evaluate the self-efficacy developed through each project I can be on more projects at once and take on different roles in a project 4th year: I became a true leader Perhaps my responsibilities are much heavier I set a goal that every year I need to come up with at least new successful business ideas and apply in the company 5th year: I leverage the company's business foundation more effectively I have a plan for an average annual revenue growth of 10% Part Leadership Development Presentation/Reflection I think that when I graduate and take over the management role in my family business, I may not have much room for growth and the dependence still exists in the process of participating in running the business Ideas and reforms have been raised, but no drastic action has been taken and help from previous generations is expected In addition, my leadership style and entrepreneurial orientation may have been influenced by previous generations However, I can still promote my own orientations and promote my values through leadership and inheriting the entrepreneurial orientation However, each business has different effects from the entrepreneurial-oriented inheritance aspects in the family business such as autonomy, creativity, risk-taking, initiative and competitiveness My family's company has a lot of consensus and participation from many other members of the company In addition, I also have more space to express myself and participate in the business decisionmaking process I am also willing to
