materials from store - Make sure all of raw materials, which receive from storage keeper, will be checked and accepted by Q/C Inspector - Prior to start marking, cutting plans, showing allotment of the components of the ordered materials shall be made to minimize the losses and surpluses - Any bends or deformations of materials shall be corrected by mechanical method - The marking shall be carried out with a marking off pin and chisel in accordance with the fabrication drawings - The base lines, center line and checking points shall be provided on marking to avoid faults A surplus grinder or wire brush etc Any repaired carried out on the bevel shall be in accordance with an approved WPS and drawing - Offer the same for re-inspection - Shift cut scrap to the scrap yard - On
