but I got many great experiences in years with English language major students at AGU Practice time from Monday to Friday every week Morning: 7:30am-11:00pm Afternoon: 13pm- 17pm I JOB DESCRIPTION 13 books, translating newsletters and organizing activities to support students to exchange foreign languages Reviewing English books is the first task that I practiced Under the management of the Vice Director of the library, I found Library to read and think Fortunately, I chose Dac Nhan Tam which has probably influenced my lifestyle a lot At first, I was a bit confused with my job but then I adapted in time and got to work Through the first task, I learned a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of book review such as writing structure, content, as well as improving my language ability in both English and Vietnamese Moreover, I stopped reviewing books but turned to recommending and took a photo English books in the library about the last weeks included: · How to Master the programming of the mini game shows I easily integrate and adapt quite quickly in the working environment in the past years of university When I had difficulty in a certain issue, I tried to make efforts and take responsibility for my work Weaknesses The biggest weakness I found in the internships was the inability to control my emotions I often quarrel and have a degrading feeling when someone disagrees with me "Emotions are the enemy of success," I think I need to change this My second weakness is Vietnamese and English grammar My Vietnamese structure is often broken or difficult to understand, so it is very unfavorable to translate it into English III ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES Advantages Almost all staff at An Giang University Library are very friendly, supporting and answering all questions Especially the instructor Mrs Loan- Vice Director understands psychology and the job assignment were within my professional ability She provides detailed and clear instructions, enthusiastically assisting and helping out when facing difficulties Fortunately, working environment was a comfortable and fully equipped and s Library During practice for weeks at AGU’s Library, I got a lot of many meaningful lessons, experience and soft skills required for my future job Firstly, the internship brought me the opportunity to use my English knowledge in fields like stranlating, reading and writing English book reviews, participating and organizing study English activities, speaking English with other students I learn a lot of vocabulary, information and of practicing, the internship at AGU’s Library makes me feel more confident and patient than before, the ability to self-sense one's own strengths and weaknesses Working comfortable environment and friendly staff also make me feel positive attitude in order to avoid the pressure of work Finally, I feel that I matured in my behavior and attitude and improving my professional skills with a lot of experience after practicing It was a great chance for me to get acquainted with the professional working environment in order to get a good job in the future Disadvantages during the internship The biggest difficulty that interfered with my work was the health problem I often get sick and tired, even stressed therefore, my work usually was interrupted by my health This made me feel troubled and bad about myself The second disadvantage is about English skills, especially grammar and sentence structures I often make mistakes in grammar and broken structure while writing One the other hand, these are also the first jobs that I during my studies at school so I feel strange and difficult However, after that I tried to adapt and be more receptive to my work In Addition, while translating the news, I found myself lacking vocabulary and the translation was not suitable, the content was not clear so I corrected many times Moreover, another problem was time working I had to work by office hours about hours per day, hence I feel quite tired Luckily, everything was fine at the end I have done my job well and overcame myself as well as working hard to improve my weaknesses 17 Student: it was difficult I found myself lacking of vocabulary and the translation was not suitable, the content was not clear so I corrected many times In addition to the knowledge and experience that I have received, perhaps the thing that I really appreciate most is that I have changed my attitude and myself in a very positive direction I had determined myself, how to face and give up my selfishness It is difficult to adapt, accept the problems that may arise and calmly deal with them one by one I became more self-aware and learned many meaningful lessons in life situations in life that no school
