Specialist Department 1.2.1 The role of BIEE., JSC Specialist Department: The Specialist Department is the company's brain, where content and ideas for each activity and program are generated The Specialist Department is responsible for research and development, as well as disseminating professional knowledge and skills to all company employees Above all, the Specialist Department is the place to ensure that each student's input and output are of the highest quality while also contributing to the company's overall professional direction 1.2.2 The tasks of BIEE., JSC Specialist Department: The Specialist Department is responsible for some tasks: - To serve the company's core, be a professional leader in learning and teaching Learn and research the importance of practicing human resource skills and expanding teachers' professional knowledge - Training and disseminating knowledge and skills for teachers through internal company training sessions; developing and improving major company professional programs - Planning, event content, and company activity programs; Writing news articles, reports, and summarizing event content; - Perform a variety of other tasks requiring human resources skills and expertise xiii CHAPTER 2: INTERNSHIP PROCESS IN BRISKY INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION ENGISH JOINT STOCK COMPANY 2.1 The tasks in the internship process in BIEE., JCS During my internship (from September 27 th , 2022), I had the opportunity to work mainly as an English teacher and completed a number of tasks in Specialist Department of Brisky I successfully fulfilled the teaching objective in the classes I was given, and received positive feedback from the specialist department and the center's board of directors I have worked part-time from Monday to Saturday Each of my two shifts, which each last three hours, is separated into the following time slots: Shift 1: from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Shift 2: from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm  Task 1: The primary teacher instructs lessons for Bean 1, Sunny 6, Kindy 3, Kindy 4, and other subjects Lesson plans and homework assignments must be ready for students before class I will then be the one to grade their tests, essays, reports, and other homework The monitoring of pupils' academic development and success in the classroom is another duty I have Additionally, I oversee group activities and help kids with their homework Meeting with colleagues to discuss specific professional themes and organize lesson plans is an essential duty Finally, I will schedule parent meetings as necessary to talk about student learning  Task 2: Assistant teacher The primary duties of teaching assistants at Brisky include aiding foreign teachers in the classroom by translating and clarifying any sentences that they claim pupils not comprehend, as well as helping teachers with other activities like document preparation resources, images, flashcards, and a picture Additionally, I am the one who encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, plans English-language games for them in class, and grades, edits their written work  Methods, working procedures Working time: From 17:00 pm to 21:00 pm at Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Week 1: from 27/9/2022- 4/10/2022 Date Time Tuesday 17:00 - Meetings of Specialist Department to share and comment on each teacher's teaching style, helping to increase teaching capacity - Prepare things for the upcoming 3rd opening event and Halloween Table 2.4: Fourth week internship report  Brisky's events during the internship Brisky's 3rd branch opening event On October 22, 2022, Brisky Center held the opening ceremony of branch at plot 7, LK 1, Tan Tay Do urban area, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi city This is the biggest event ever of Brisky The event took place successfully with the participation of the parents, students at Brisky and Brisky's staff Image 2.1: A corner at the opening of Brisky's 3rd branch ( Source: Fanpage of Company) In order to set up and decorate the event site, I had to actively seek out vendors and partner organizations as instructed by the management throughout this event .After the event, our team worked with the sales division to provide the upper management with the revenue and profit information Halloween event On October 29, 2022, Brisky English Center held a Halloween Challenge event at Coma6 campus, Tay Mo, Nam Tu Liem The event took place successfully with the participation of the children at Brisky as well as Brisky's staff
