Chí Minh 88 KIẾN NGHỊ Qua q trình thực nghiên cứu dựa vào kết nghiên cứu, đƣa số kiến nghị nhƣ sau:  Sinh thiết tuỷ xƣơng nên đƣợc định thƣờng quy thời điểm chẩn đoán cho tất trƣờng hợp lymphôm để đánh giá giai đoạn bệnh dựa vào để làm sở đánh giá tồn lƣu tế bào ác tính lần sinh thiết sau điều trị Ngoài sinh thiết tủy xƣơng có vai trị chẩn đốn trƣờng hợp khơng thể tiếp cận mơ u vị trí khác ngồi tủy  Trong nghiên cứu này, khảo sát đặc điểm mô bệnh học tủy xƣơng lam sinh thiết tủy xƣơng (lam nhuộm H&E) nên bỏ sót số trƣờng hợp tế bào u xâm nhập dạng mô kẽ, dạng xoang dạng nốt nhỏ Nên kết hợp nhuộm hóa mơ miễn dịch để đánh xác tình trạng tủy đếm tế bào dịng chảy để khơng bỏ sót trƣờng hợp tế bào u xâm nhập tối thiểu Tuân thủ Luật sở hữu trí tuệ Quy định truy cập tài liệu điện tử Ghi rõ
