Đềtài nghiên cứu đã góp phần làm sáng tỏnhững vấn đềthường gặp trong sửdụng mặt nạthanh quản trong gây mê và hồi sức, và đã đưa ra những phương hướng khắc phục 7.2. Vềphương pháp nghiên cứu Đây là phương pháp tiền cứu, ứng dụng lâm sàng có đối chứng với cởmẫu nghiên cứu lớn nên có tính thuyết phục cao 7.3. Những đóng góp mới khác Các kết quảnghiên cứu làm cơsởcho những công trình nghiên cứu tiếp theo đểcó thể đưa ra phục vụbệnh nhân, phục vụxã hội

Khảo sát tính an toàn mặt nạ quản cổ điển, mặt nạ quản proseal, loại mặt nạ quản khác qua biến đổi hô hấp, tuần hoàn; tai biến, biến chứng sau Gây mê – Phẫu thuật - Khảo sát tính hiệu mặt nạ quản cổ điển, mặt nạ quản proseal, loại mặt nạ quản khác qua thơng số: áp lực thơng khí, áp lực kín, độ bảo hồ dưỡng khí (SpO2), ETCO2, - Đánh giá tính dể sử dụng mặt nạ quản cổ điển, mặt nạ quản proseal, loại mặt nạ quản khác qua kỹ thuật đặt rút mặt nạ quản - Đào tạo; huấn luyện; hội thảo; hướng dẫn sử dụng mặt nạ quản gây mê hồi sức 6.2 Về yêu cầu khoa học tiêu sản phẩm KHCN: Đạt yêu cầu đăng ký: TT Tên sản phẩm Ứng dụng đặt MNTQ Yêu cầu khoa học Đã xác định cụ thể số trường hợp yêu cầu cần gây mê toàn thể phương pháp gây mê Ứng dụng đặt MNTQ Đã xác lập xử lý đặt ống nội khí tiêu chí cụ thể giúp quản khó sử dụng hiệu MNTQ xử lý đường thở khó Ứng dụng đặt MNTQ Đã xác lập xử lý cấp cứu suy yêu cầu cụ tuần hoàn hô hấp cấp thể để sử dụng MNTQ hiệu cấp cứu suy tuần hồn hơ hấp cấp Đạt chất lượng, đảm bảo công tác chuyên cử nhân, điều dưỡng sử môn tốt công dụng thành thạo MNTQ tác chăm sóc, phục gây mê hồi sức Đào tạo, huấn luyện nhiều đối tượng: Bác sĩ, vụ bệnh nhân Tham gia phổ biến, báo Tài liệu giảng dạy, cáo hội thảo, hội báo đạt chất nghị khoa học chuyên lượng; viết xuất ngành gây mê hồi sức sách MNTQ Chú thích Ngồi ra, đề tài góp phần đào tạo 04 bác sĩ chuyên khoa II, 03 thạc sĩ, 01 bác sĩ nội trú thông qua luận án, luận văn tốt nghiệp Đề tài có: 6.2.1 -
