the side lamps They are made entirely of plastic and can only be replaced as a whole unit H4 bulbs with a power rating of 55W / 60W are used in the headlamps Front fog lamps Item Description Direction indicator lamp The direction indicator lamps are used to indicate a turn signal and for the hazard warning lights They use a PY21W bulb colored yellow The sound generator for the acoustic turn signal combination lamps (Chassis cab) Description Puddle lamp This illuminates the area where a passenger is going to step when the door is opened Rear combination lamps Item Description Direction indicator bulb Side and brake lamp bulb Reverse lamp bulb The rear lamp clusters incorporate all rearward facing lights with exception of the license plate lamp and the additional high-mounted stoplamp The rear lamps can only be replaced as a complete unit The turn signal lamps are equipped with P21W bulbs Side and brake lamp bulbs are illuminated when the driver applies the brake The reversing lamps (21W OPERATION Center high mounted stop lamp Item Description Center high mounted stop lamp Four W5W glass base bulbs are used The stoplamps (21/W5W bulb) are switched on by the stoplamp switch on the brake pedal as soon as the brake pedal is depressed Trailer Tow Vehicles with a factory fitted tow bar also come with a trailer plug control module for lighting In addition to providing the trailer plug functionality, the trailer plug control module protects the primary electrical circuits of the vehicle from any electrical concern or failure that the customer's trailer may experience For vehicles fitted without a tow bar as standard, a genuine Ford accessory trailer tow electrical kit has been developed to enable a tow bar to be installed The kit comprises of the trailer plug control module, trailer plug, wiring and associated hardware components Once the kit is installed, the vehicle must then be configured using IDS (Integrated Diagnostic System) All trailer tow electrical connections must use the genuine Ford accessory trailer tow kit Installation of aftermarket trailer tow electrical kits or directly splicing into the vehicle wiring in order to install trailer lamps Adjustment General Equipment Headlamp Beam Setter Adjustment Adjust the tire pressure to the specification Fill the tank with fuel Position the unloaded vehicle on a flat, level surface Leave the gear selector lever in neutral position and hand brakes off Seat one person in the driver’s seat Position the vehicle straight ahead and perpendicular to the white screen Repeatedly operate the headlamp leveling switch and then set it to "0" (if fitted) Set the measuring screen of the beam setting equipment to the correct headlamp adjustment setting General Equipment: Headlamp Beam Setter X: m [9.8 ft], Y: 36 mm [1.4 inch] (1.2% of X) 10 Place an object in front of the headlight not being adjusted to block its light beam 11 Start the engine so that the battery remains charged 12 Turn on the vehicle on a flat, level surface 16 Fill the tank with fuel 20 Seat one person in the driver’s seat 17 Adjust the tire pressure to the specification 21 X: m [9.8 ft], Y: 60 mm [2.4 inch] (2.0% of X) 22 Place an object in front of the fog light not being adjusted to block its light beam 25 Adjust the fog lamp so that the cut-off line touches the horizontal line 23 Start the engine so that the
