place to buy safe vegetables 4.4.2 Orientation Improve the quality of safe vegetable products so that they are worth consuming Orientation for consumers who have the habit of using safe vegetables and products made from safe vegetables instead of using vegetables of unknown origin in their daily meals Propagating and disseminating the quality of safe vegetables for consumers to understand Safe vegetables and products processed from vegetables have the advantage of being easier to preserve and ensure than vegetables of unknown origin Encouraging more consumers to use this product will avoid the influence of seasonality on vegetable prices Moreover, the use of this product is also very suitable for modern life when the main housewife in the family is busy with work Developing a supermarket system means being more flexible in terms of sales time at stores selling safe vegetables The development of these systems will make it possible for households to buy vegetables in good quality, safe places This is also the current trend that needs to be followed Traders and retailers of safe vegetables always have flexible prices during the sale process and always learn about consumers' needs for safe vegetables in the market How to best meet the needs of consumers at the present time? 4.4.3 Motivational solution To promote safe vegetable consumption behavior in Dong Hoi commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi city, it is necessary to have solutions suitable for the market Some possible solutions, such as: 1) Raising consumers’s awareness of the importance of clean food Through the process of researching, interviewing, and surveying consumers, the results show that the factors affecting the consumption behavior of safe vegetables, such as income level, age, gender, occupation, and education level, The higher the income, the higher the consumption rate of high-quality vegetables The consumption rate also increases with age and gender Families with children tend to buy more safe vegetables than those with children families without children or households with small numbers of people In the context that unsafe food is increasingly appearing on the rice tray of every Vietnamese family, especially vegetable products, the cultivation and consumption of safe vegetables needs to be given more attention and developed again Research results help form solutions to promote safe vegetable consumption behavior in the locality Information on safe vegetables has not been widely published, so consumers not really trust the quality of vegetables to make decisions about vegetable consumption Through studying the awareness of households about safe vegetable consumption, it can be seen that the number of households knowing about safe vegetables is large, but their understanding of safe vegetable products is still sketchy Therefore, it is necessary to improve the household's understanding of clean vegetables so that they have a correct perception of the value of the product before making a consumption decision Households need to know: - In the first step, it is necessary to help people know that normal vegetables and safe vegetables have regulations on which chemicals they contain In the - long run, they need to know about the limit of those chemicals Encourage households to consume safe vegetables Help consumers access the safe vegetable production process of reputable safe vegetable producers, thereby building trust and creating peace of mind when Use safe vegetable products Management of food hygiene issues of safe vegetable products 2) Improving enterprise’s need to improve their staff's capacity in market development and marketing It is necessary to organize training sessions for the company's employees in the area of expertise for each group of employees, to improve and enhance their capacity, qualifications, and experience, and to develop a marketing action plan for their market issues of safe vegetable consumption including: analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company to build production and consumption plans The company also organizes staff to participate in trade fairs and networking conferences to interact with buyers more and learn more about consumer demand for high quality products The company organizes for employees to visit vegetable selling points in supermarkets and shops to learn more about consumer demand and survey competitors' products 3) Strengthen communication Stemming from the need to find out information about safe vegetables, the percentage of people who have not bought safe vegetables because of a lack of information is quite high, which shows that consumers are not fully aware of the role and importance of vegetables of safe vegetables Moreover, in fact, the media only focuses on the negative aspects, conveying negative information, but has not propagated the effects and benefits of safe vegetables, causing panic and anxiety for consumers use Besides, the propagation and dissemination of information about vegetables, especially high-quality vegetables, is still limited, making products from clean agriculture unfamiliar to people's lives It is necessary to promote propaganda, advocacy, and provide necessary information to people so that they know and understand better about safe vegetables as well as other agricultural products It also comes from the difference in the consumption rate of high-quality vegetables by age, occupation, gender, and income level, so it is necessary to propagate and advocate for young people to change their awareness and choose safer vegetables more How to implement solutions to promote propaganda, such as: - Propagating and disseminating knowledge about safe vegetables to consumers by means of the media of wards and people's groups to improve - consumers' understanding of the role and effects of safe vegetables Information about safe vegetables should be provided fully on product packaging This is an effective information channel for consumers to have - more confidence in safe vegetable products Actively disseminating the bad effects of unsafe vegetables so that people are aware of the harm to their health so they voluntarily buy safe vegetables with a comfortable spirit and are willing to pay only a higher price than regular vegetables - Programs to propagate and disseminate clean food should be carried out on a regular, continuous, and periodic basis to create favorable conditions for the - safe vegetable consumption market to develop Carrying out marketing activities for safe vegetable products such as organizing communication channels, promoting products, and informing consumers about reputable and quality safe vegetable selling places determined It is possible to conduct promotions, consumer seminars, product fairs, etc to bring safe vegetables to more consumers 4) Other solutions: Income is one of the important factors that greatly affects the consumption needs of households In particular, safe vegetables are good food for the body, but not everyone can meet the demand for safe vegetables because they are dominated by income Although Dong Hoi society is an area with a good economy in Dong Anh district, the life of the people here is relatively stable, but there are still many households whose living standards are still low and precarious spending, so they still have not been able to meet the demand for safe vegetables Since then, the government needs to implement a number of economic development policies and increase income for people in the area as follows: - There should be preferential policies to support loans and low interest rates - for poor households to invest in production development Organize career orientation sessions for people of working age in the district - to help them get income for consumption – Transfer of science and technology brings advanced technical means in production, high quality seeds in cultivation as well as in animal husbandry, to farming households Therefore, they create conditions for people to increase their income and stabilize their lives PART V : CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 5.1 CONCLUSION Vegetables are an essential product for human life because this product directly affects the health of the user Through researching and researching the topic, we have drawn the following conclusions about the theory and practice of people's safe vegetable consumption behavior in Dong Hoi district,Ha Noi city The interior is as follows: In theory, consumer behavior is a process that enables an individual or a group of people to choose, purchase, use, or discard a product or service Classification of consumer behavior includes: complex consumption behavior, compromise consumption behavior, habitual consumption behavior and choice consumption behavior Consumer buying behavior is influenced by factors such as cultural, social, personal and psychological Most consumers buy safe vegetables because of the recommendations as well as convenience Consumer households pay attention to the type of vegetables according to the season and the origin of vegetables before making a decision to consume or not consume safe vegetable products Besides, some households not know about the standards for safe vegetables Consumers care about four factors before buying safe vegetables: the place of sale with high trust; the product clearly states the place of production; certified safe vegetables; shops near where you live and work; and where vegetables are sold for nearly 90 days The vegetable shop is cleanly decorated; the store offers a variety of vegetables; and finally, it pays attention to the selling price of safe vegetables The subjective factors affecting the consumption behavior of this product are: factors of awareness, household income, and the price of safe vegetables on the market In situations in which the income factor has a direct and strong influence on the consumption behavior of households, as the income increases, the level of consumption will be higher and vice versa Consumption of safe vegetables is increasing not only in quantity but also in quality In order to meet the increasing demand, it is most important to pay attention to the local supply of safe vegetables Local authorities need to strengthen inspection of the quality of safe vegetable products sold at stores to assure consumers of the current inadequate food safety issue Sellers of safe vegetables should take measures to ensure food safety when selling products 5.2 RECOMENDATIONS 5.2.1 For local government In order to get safe vegetables for consumption to the market, it is necessary to have good coordination between state agencies and safe vegetable production and business establishments There are plans to develop and implement programs and projects on food hygiene and safety management Authorities need to voice their support for safe vegetable production projects to all people by means of mass media Besides, it is necessary to raise people's awareness about food hygiene and safety to avoid unfortunate consequences 5.2.2 For consumers: Actively raise the level of understanding through media such as books, the internet, television Upon discovering that the vegetable production facility is unsafe or facing the risk of disadvantaged food, it is necessary to report it to the authorities or make a complaint to protect your interests and that of everyone On the market, there are many products with a variety of brands, models, and information about product quality Consumers must make the most informed decision, making them the product quality decision-makers The consumption of safe vegetables ensures the interests of consumers Therefore, consumers need to be proactive in consuming safe vegetables with quality assurance by clearly realizing that consuming safe vegetables protects their own health Actively learn to improve knowledge and awareness of safe and safe vegetables in many different ways, and stop using unsafe vegetables Create a habit of consuming food that is safe and hygienic 5.2.3 For vegetable production and supply establishments: In terms of product form, it is advisable to focus on food safety criteria and provide clear information on the origin of vegetable products to consumers when supplying products to the market In addition to the appearance of the product, attention should also be paid to the transport and preservation stages to help the product meet the tastes of customers in terms of form According to research, the price factor does not affect consumers' purchasing decisions much, but manufacturers Production and distribution should also be reasonably balanced in all stages to be able to sell products at the most reasonable prices To win the trust of consumers, the first thing to is for manufacturers to raise awareness and ethics in the use of hazardous chemicals and to apply standard production processes such as Gap, VietnamGAP, etc., and to comply with state regulations on the use of chemicals for safe vegetables Vendors who want to participate in the supply of vegetable products in the market need to understand clearly the needs of consumers in the area, especially the factors affecting their consumption behavior From there, there are appropriate sales policies that are both beneficial to the production facility itself and beneficial to customers Safe vegetables are still limited compared to normal vegetables Therefore, the requirement for producers is to increase the variety of safe vegetables and to enrich the safe vegetable products in order to provide a rich variety of choices for consumers REFERENCES Cục quản lý
