law is both a tool and a mean to help businesses, in particular, and the individuals in general may well exercise their rights and their legitimate interests in life and in business However, to business you have to have a deep understanding of the law, not just scratching the surface of the law You need to understand the law to protect your rights and legitimate interests In reality today in our country, the people who know the laws and can stand up to protect themselves is very scarce; or those who actually know the laws of business cannot protect themselves, their rights and interests before the law when disputes occur due to several reasons: If they perform on their own legal obligations to protect their rights and interests, they will miss their business opportunity during that time, or they could be unqualified to protect themselves and prove their legitimate interests before the law Therefore, in business they need legal advice so their business operations remain profitable without breaking the law In daily life they need legal advice in order to address the legal needs of themselves: As housing, marriage, family, business investment or when a dispute occurs and their rights and interests are infringed upon, they need someone to stand up to represent them and reclaim their rights when they are not capable of protecting themselves and their rights before the law; or when their life’s right and interest is compromised they will need someone with deep understanding of the law to represent for them in front of the law To meet this increasing demand, the certificate According to the above figures, in the period 2011-2013 the capital mobilization at the VIB - Dao Tan trading center continuously raised steadily and fast In the end of 2012 the total mobilization of this center reached 712,917 million, increased of 183,985 million comparing to 2011 with 523 932 million, the growth rate was 34.72% The reason is that in 2012, after the global financial crisis, Vietnam's economy was on recovering capital demand for investment and business This branch had multiple measures to promote the mobilization of capital in response to the economy requirement Besides, in 2012, National bank implemented policies to for the currency market - to support the economic growth and cut down inflation effectively, thereby this office has improved their capital mobilization to make capital growth increase in 2012 In late of 2013, the total mobilization of this branch had reached 810,898 million increases of 98,981 million comparing with 2012; the growth rate reached 13.88% Although on 21 March.3rd 2013, the National bank lowered the interest rates by administrative measures - give the ceiling interest rate 14% / year However, the VIB - Dao Tan office thanks to reasonable capital raising policy, had a steady increase of capital mobilization growth rate by years 2011-2013 was an unstable period of macro economy However with the effort of workforce, the branch has achieved good results in mobilization which are: total capital and growth speed continued increasing and reached large scale over the years This could help the branch promote profit At the same time, it also helped the branch confirmed its position in the system of VIB and reputation as well - Conditions and procedures for withdrawal: Condition: + Informs the member total income of the branch was 138,935 million, increased 23,061 million comparing to 2012 and growth rate was 19.9% - The main incomes are from the branch loan rate (accounting for nearly 90% of the total income of the branch) and other incomes as income from providing services and income from other activities 24 - In 2013, interest rates of commercial banks in generally and VIB particularly is pushed up very high, therefore the income from loan rate made the branch total income in 2013 increased significantly - About the total expense of the branch: also increased in recent years because of interest - paying deposits and capital loan accounting for over 90% of total expense and other expense like provision expense for credit losses, management expense, employees salary these costs are reasonable because most of credit activities is promoted by capital from mobilization and most of the expense is to pay the interest of deposits and loans through the interbank market Accordingly, the total expense of the branch in 2012 was 93,216 million, increased of 3091 million comparing to 2011 was 90 125 millions The growth rate in 2012 comparing to 2011 reached 3.43% In 2013, as the interest rates got higher, people and organizations rushed to save money - Therefore, the mobilization of branches increased significantly And the cost of raising pay rates also increased In addition, in 2013 the inflation rate was at a high level, so the branch had a policy to increase employee salaries, it also makes the total expense of affiliates increased comparing with 2012 is 4926 million, with promoting the brand in the market among its opponents However, if problems and errors occur in the evaluating process, which leads to wrong investment decisions, then the bank is first to receive direct damages: irrecoverable loans cause negativity on the bank's reputation, which put the bank in a bad status, causing account holders to bank in a confused, fearful, and insecure state of mind; thus, customer turnover is unavoidable Therefore, improving the quality of credit evaluation, especially in personal consumption, is extremely essential in lending activities of the bank Generalizing the basics of consumer loans, the evaluation of consumer lending banks, and the quality of credit evaluation as well as the factors which affecting those qualities By analyzing the status of the evaluation of consumer loans in Vietnam Commercial Bank International – Dao Tan transaction office, I have proposed several measures and recommendations to improve the quality of credit appraisal in officers to enhance their qualifications to minimize the violations of officers and employees in their operations as well as analysis, wrong evaluation Branch staff will improve their efficiency of with the accounting department more to monitor the repayment and profit of customers, at the same time aware the customer due Periodically check the usage of customer loans from the start until the loan is obtained, avoid customer from using funds for improper purposes, and inspect the production and business of customers, in order to understand the difficulties that customers have to support counseling to help clients overcome difficulties By tracking the use of client funds, banks can know the financial situation of the client If customers have unsafe signs of loans such as: instability of manufacturing business, loss, stagnant goods cannot be sold, pests, to timely support the solution Along with the enhancement of loan sales is the debt collection, to operate effectively, branch needs the efforts of credit staff in classifying the customers, consolidating traditional customer that reputable to branch Announcing positively, urging customer the debt due and 30 overdue For a customer who unable to pay because of force reasons but still have capability in producing or have effective business plans to overcome then the credit officers should consider for debt rescheduling If there is no capability on recovering debt, proceedings would liquidate collateral for debt collectors to help banks preserve capital II My own assessment of the company's operations Tri Nghia financial banking software and look for customer’s profiles in very short time Negotiation and persuasion skill: I didn’t have a chance to practice this skill because when I went to meet the customer
