knowledge in English translation and interpretation However, there is no environment for students to practice and exchange capital English skills Therefore, months of internship is a very important experience for every last year student Completing an internship can help students apply what they had studied but now are applying to a real-world setting Because students will be mentored by a seasoned professional during internship, they can see what the job is like and gain insight into what a career in that field entails Besides, students can gain more experience by completing internship Most employers want their interview candidates to have some experience If the candidates never held a job, the resume may not appeal to many employers Having an internship on resume gives students a chance to gain the needed experience and to build their resume Last but not least, through an internship, students can increase your knowledge and skills The purpose of an internship is also to help students make useful connections The instructor during the internship may become mentors, who can provide helpful information and who can help guide them After graduation internship, each student will have the professional skills in their future job This report will focus on three main parts Firstly, I will introduce ANTESCO company and the department where I practice Second, I will describe my Department in particular, the professional working environment and the dedicated guidance of the company’s colleagues allow me to practice the specified knowledge that I have studied This internship was a helpful experience for my future job I have gained new knowledge, skills and met many new people I achieved several of my learning goals I got an insight into professional practices currently advocated in the English translation industry Through the comments and guidance that my instructor gave me, I can tell what I have achieved and what is lacking Therefore, I am aware of the skills to complete myself more Furthermore, I have experienced the importance of education in being more objective, learning more hard and soft skills, and studying how to use them This internship program was not one-sided, but it was a way of sharing knowledge, ideas, and opinions The internship was also good to find out what my strengths and weaknesses are This experience helped me to define what skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time I can confidently assert that the knowledge I gained through this internship is sufficient to contribute to my future endeavours At last, this internship has given me new insights and motivation to pursue my dream career II Suggestion Suggestion for the internship company The company has created many opportunities for students to experience a professional environment to help students have more useful skills to help them later However, I have some suggestions for the company as follows Tran Bui Hai Tien-18TA 23 Internship report - INSTRUCTOR: DO THI NGOC NHI This is the first time the company accepts internship English major students; therefore, the document translation guidance depends heavily on technological equipment - The jobs assigned to the intern students are very practical, but not diverse Suggestion for AGU and the Faculty of Foreign languages The AGU and the Faculty of Foreign Languages always try to help students complete their internships to help students consolidate their knowledge, gain experience, and better understand themselves As a senior, I am aware of the importance of allowing myself to get practical experience before graduation Thereby, I have some of the following recommendations: - The Faculty should calibrate with organizations to organize high-impact programs for students, such as talent recruitment, mentoring program, and career camp Indirectly, it will help produce successful and careers right for students - This internship practice is one of the many opportunities for
