phát triển xã hội không ngừng nghỉ, nhân loại hiển nhiên bỏ qua tiềm lực sáng tạo nửa dân số giới Nữ giới ủng hộ kỳ vọng nhiều vào đóng góp họ không lĩnh vực kinh tế mà lĩnh vực khác đời sống trí tuệ khoa học, nơi mà lâu tài tầm nhìn họ bị che khuất không công nhận Để đảm bảo thành công cho chiến lược phát triển ấy, điều cấp thiết cần quan tâm trước hết phải đầu tư vào giáo dục y tế cho phụ nữ, đồng thời đảm bảo họ có quyền tham gia mặt đời sống trị, kinh tế, văn hóa, xã hội Khi nói giải phóng phụ nữ, bất bình đẳng giới dường phụ nữ Islam giáo đưa minh chứng sống động cho vấn đề cịn tồn cơng đấu tranh cho nữ giới Đề tài thân phận người phụ nữ quốc gia Islam giáo nói chung phụ nữ Ả Rập nói riêng thu hút quan tâm nhà nghiên cứu suốt thời gian dài Những nghiên cứu sâu vào khía cạnh bất bình đẳng giới, đói nghèo, lạc hậu tạo nên hình ảnh người phụ nữ Ả Rập với ánh nhìn bất lực sau mạng che mặt tiếng kêu yếu ớt đòi quyền lợi Phụ nữ Ả Rập từ trở thành biểu tượng đáng thương văn hóa hà khắc, thiếu hiểu biết tụt hậu so với giới Song, hình dung liệu có cịn xác thời kỳ đại? Những thập niên gần đây, từ nguồn lợi khổng lồ mà công nghiệp dầu mỏ mang lại, với phát triển vượt bậc khoa học kỹ thuật, văn hóa, xã hội, hình ảnh người phụ nữ Ả Rập khu vực vùng Vịnh dường thay hoàn toàn Phụ nữ vùng Vịnh gắn liền với hình ảnh TIEU LUAN MOI download : skknchat@gmail.com định kiến xã hội coi nhẹ vai trò người phụ nữ: Nhiệm vụ người phụ nữ chăm sóc gia đình cái, giáo dục phụ nữ hướng đến mục đích cuối để họ trở thành người mẹ, người vợ tốt Giáo dục cho nữ giới không đặt mục đích cụ thể mà coi thành tích người ta chưa nhận nữ giới đóng góp phát triển kinh tế chung Bên cạnh đó, nguồn phúc lợi bảo hộ xã hội giàu có hàng đầu giới người dân làm nữ giới khu vực khó tìm động lực để tham gia vào lực lượng lao động bối cảnh họ yếu cạnh tranh với nam giới gặp phải tình trạng đối xử bất bình đẳng mơi trường làm việc vấn đề trả lương hội thăng tiến Giống xã hội khác, nữ giới vùng Vịnh nửa xã hội Trong bối cảnh phủ vùng Vịnh tìm cách để đa dạng hóa kinh tế, hạn chế phụ thuộc vào ngành khai thác sản xuất dầu việc bỏ qn nguồn nhân lực trí thức lớn lãng phí cần phải có biện pháp thích hợp để khai thác nguồn nhân lực Để thúc đẩy nữ giới tham gia vào lực lượng lao động, cần có giải pháp phù hợp phương diện: trị, kinh tế, xã hội tơn giáo Về phương diện trị, phủ quốc gia vùng Vịnh cần đưa nhiều sách nhằm khuyến khích nữ giới tham gia lực lượng lao động, đồng thời xóa bỏ sách cản trở họ, kể đến sách “người giám hộ” luật cấm phụ nữ tham gia lao động mơi trường có nam giới,… Về mặt kinh tế, chuyển dịch từ kinh tế chủ yếu phụ thuộc vào dầu mỏ sản phẩm hóa dầu sang kinh tế tri thức góp phần thúc đẩy mong muốn học tập tham gia thị trường lao động nữ giới vùng Vịnh tạo dựng thêm công việc phù hợp với người phụ nữ tận dụng khả thành tích mà họ ghi dấu giáo dục 80 TIEU LUAN MOI
