Bài viết trình bày đánh giá hiệu quả cải thiện mức độ khó chịu thông qua bổ sung dung dịch carbohydrate cho bệnh nhân trước phẫu thuật vá thông liên thất tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm lâm sàng có đối chứng trên 36 bệnh nhân có độ tuổi từ 2 - 12 tháng tuổi có chỉ định phẫu thuật vá thông liên thất đơn thuần.
