5.3. Những hạn chế và hướng nghiên cứu cho đề tài
Vì gặp trở ngại về thời gian, kinh phí và một số nguồn lực khác (quà tặng cho đáp viên, mối quan hệ của tác giả với các sinh viên trường đại học khác,…) nên số mẫu thu về chưa thực sự đại diện cho tổng thể. Cụ thể, số sinh viên Đại học Hoa Sen chiếm quá nhiều (83,7%) và số sinh viên mua sắm chủ yếu ở nền tảng Shopee cũng chiếm đa số (84,2%). Ngoài ra, số mẫu hợp lệ để tiến hành xử lý dữ liệu chỉ ở mức trung bình chứ khơng lớn. Do đó, để giảm sai lệch và tăng tính khái quát cho đề tài, các báo cáo tiếp theo cần cố gắng thu thập số lượng mẫu nhiều hơn và thực hiện chọn mẫu theo phương pháp phân tầng để đem lại hiệu quả thống kê cao nhất.
Các thành phần trong bảng câu hỏi nghiên cứu định lượng đã khơng được xem, nhận xét và góp ý bởi các chun gia trong ngành TMĐT và mua sắm trực tuyến. Những nghiên cứu sau (nếu có cơ hội) nên bổ sung góp ý của những chuyên gia trong ngành này để bảng khảo sát giảm thiểu sai lệch và thiếu sót, từ đó được hồn thiện hơn.
