3.6 GIỚI THIỆU PHẦN MỀM3.6.1 Giới thiệu tổng quát 3.6.1 Giới thiệu tổng quát
Phần mềm quản lý vốn bằng tiền tại Công ty Cổ phần đầu tư thiết bị Hải Phước là kết quả triển khai bản phân tích thiết kế ở trên. Phần mềm gồm các chức năng chính sau:
1. Quản trị người dùng.
2. Quản lý các thông tin chung về Công ty 3. Quản lý, in, tra cứu các danh mục từ điển 4. Nhập và in ra các phiếu thu, phiếu chi.
5. Cập nhật thông tin từ các chứng từ tiền gửi ngân hàng. 6. Theo dõi tức thời số tiền tại quỹ tiền mặt (thu, chi, tồn quỹ). 7. Cập nhật tỷ giá ngoại tệ.
8. In các sổ kế toán về tiền mặt và tiền gửi ngân hàng, biên bản kiểm kê quỹ và báo cáo quỹ tiền mặt
9. Bảo trì dữ liệu: Sao lưu dữ liệu, phục hồi dữ liệu. 10. Trợ giúp người dùng.
3.6.2 Yêu cầu cài đặt
• Máy tính: Tương thích Intel Pentium II 450 MHz hoặc cao hơn. • Bộ nhớ: 64MB RAM trở lên (tốt nhất 128 MB).
• Ổ đĩa cứng: Cịn trống trên 50 MB.
• Màn hình: 256 color SVGA video, độ phân giải 800x600 hoặc tốt hơn. • Máy in: Khổ A4.
• CD-ROM tốc độ 12X hoặc nhanh hơn.
• Hệ điều hành: Windows 9x, Windows 2000 hoặc Windows XP trở lên • Bộ gõ tiếng Việt: Chuẩn bộ mã TCVN 5712:1993 nên dùng Unikey 3.6 hoặc Vietkey 2000 trở lên.

KẾT LUẬN
Với mong muốn xây dựng một hệ thống thông tin quản lý vốn bằng tiền một cách tồn diện, thích ứng với nhiều đối tượng người dùng, trên cơ sở nghiên cứu về nghiệp vụ kế toán vốn bằng tiền, em đã đi phân tích một cách cụ thể về mặt chức năng cũng như dữ liệu của hệ thống. Trên cơ sở đó, em đã bắt đầu đi xây dựng chương trình khai thác và quản lý hệ cơ sở dữ liệu này. Tuy nhiên, để chương trình có thể phù hợp với các phân hệ kế toán khác là một vấn đề phức tạp. Điều đó địi hỏi có sự tham gia của nhiều người, sự đồng tình ủng hộ của nhiều cấp lãnh đạo. Do thời gian có hạn nên em chưa thể đi sâu tìm hiểu hệ thống để thiết kế được đầy đủ và chính xác các chức năng của hệ thống. Em rất mong có được sự góp ý của thầy giáo và các bạn để sau khi thực hiện đồ án này, em có thể tiến tới triển khai đề tài này một cách cụ thể và sâu sắc hơn.
