5.3 Hạn chế và các hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo
Cũng tương tự như bất kỳ đề tài nghiên cứu nào, nghiên cứu này cũng có
nhiều hạn chế. Thứ nhất bảng nghiên cứu của em làm bằng tiếng anh nên chưa khảo
sát được du khách Nga, nên không biết được họ đánh giá như thế nào về du lịch
Nha Trang, mà khách Nga đang là một thị trường lớn của Nha Trang.
Do thời gian nghiên cứu có hạn nên mô hình nghiên cứu của đề tài chưa bao
gồm một số các nhân tố khác như : động cơ du lịch, thái độ du lịch … có ảnh hưởng
đến sự hài lòng của du khách.
Và sau khi đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách du lịch có thể tiếp tục nghiên cứu
tác động của sự hài lòng lên lòng trung thành của du khách, các hành vi của du
khách sau khi du lịch tại điểm đến đó.
