-SWOT stands for English words: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and challenges –is a well-known business analysis model (or matrix) for businesses -The SWOT model is a well-known business analysis model (or matrix) for all businesses that want to improve their business situation with the right direction and build solid development foundations -In which strengths and weaknesses are considered as two factors in an enterprise For example, reputation, special point, location address Call is the internal element, by because here is the element that you can try to change -The remaining Opportunity and Risk are outside the two elements For example application supply, competitors, price market, because they are not elements that just want to be testable What is a SWOT analysis?
