switches installed on common supply pipe in pump room It is used to control pump operation Có công tắc áp suất lắp đặt đường ống góp phịng bơm Nó sử dụng để kiểm soát hoạt động bơm + Control panel: Provide manual/automatic/off pump selector for on/off control of the pumps Tủ điều khiển: Có cơng tắc chọn chế độ bơm tay / tự động / tắt để điều khiển bật / tắt bơm - Pump opetation / Vận hành bơm:  Normally, system is charged with water at (4.7) bar Page of 17 Thông thường, hệ thống trì (4.7) bar  When select auto mode, if water pressure drops to (4.7-0.7=4.0) bars, jockey pump will be activated And when water pressure rises up and reaches to (4.7) bar, jockey pump will be stopped automatically Khi chọn chế độ tự động, áp suất nước giảm xuống (4.7-0.7=4.0) bars, bơm Jockey kích hoạt Và áp lực nước tăng lên đạt đến (4.7) bar, bơm Jockey tự động dừng lại  In case water pressure still drops to (4.7-1=3.7) bars, electric fire pump will be activated Under any mode (automatic, manual), stopping electric fire pump is always manual Trong trường hợp áp lực nước giảm xuống (4.7-1=3.7) bar, bơm chữa cháy kích hoạt Trong chế độ (tự động, tay), việc dừng bơm chữa cháy tay  In case duty electric fire pump of power is failed and pressure drops to (4.7-1.4 =3.3) bar, standby electric fire pump shall be activated automatically Under any mode (automatic, manual), stopping electric fire pump is always manual Trong trường hợp bơm chữa cháy bị hỏng áp suất giảm xuống (4.7-1.4=3.3) bar, bơm chữa cháy dự phịng kích hoạt tự động Trong chế độ (tự động, tay), việc dừng bơm chuẩn công việc: The work standards and code of practice shall be used as reference and formed the basic guideline for the testing and commissioning It is as follows: Các tiêu chuẩn công việc quy tắc Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers 3.2 General requirement/ Yêu cầu chung: - All testing and commissioning shall be carried out in accordance to Authority’s requirement(s) Tất thử nghiệm chạy thử phải tiến hành theo yêu cầu quan có thẩm quyền - Specialist items of plant and equipment shall be complied in accordance to manufacturer’s standard and recommendations (eg: pump, control panel, etc) Các hạng mục chuyên dụng máy móc thiết bị phải tuân thủ theo tiêu chuẩn kiến nghị nhà sản xuất (Ví dụ: máy bơm, bảng điều khiển, v.v.) - Prior to any testing and commissioning, a series of checking shall be undertaken to verify and ensure all testing and commissioning can be reliably carried out Trước có thử nghiệm chạy thử nào, loạt kiểm tra thực để xác minh đảm bảo tất thử nghiệm chạy thử thực cách chắn PREPARATION (MATERIALS, EQUIPMENTS & HUMAN RESOUCES/ CÔNG TÁC CHUẨN BỊ (VẬT TƯ, THIẾT BỊ & NHÂN LỰC): 4.1 Equipment & Tools list (refer to attached list)/ Danh sách engineer of the works with all the staff concerned by this activity to explain and remind for the Method Statement (MS), Inspection & testing plan (ITP), safety MC engineer in charge will attend this Nhà thầu phụ trách cơng việc tham dự buổi họp 4.3 Mobilization workers cofiguration / Cơ cấu nhân lực: - All the works will be supervised technical and supervised safety follow organizational chart drawings Đảm bảo công việc lắp đặt tuân thủ thông số kỹ thuật theo vẽ thi công phê duyệt trước - Ensure that flushing system was carried out Đảm bảo công tác xúc rửa hệ thống tiến hành - Check and make sure that all control valves, drain valves and any discharge points are in right statusie There’s no water spraying out without control during T&C Kiểm tra đảm bảo van điều khiển, van xả điểm xả phải nước phun ngồi q trình thử nghiệm chạy thử - Check that all pipe works, sprinkler heads, hydrant valves, hose reels, control valves, flow switches, pump sets and all other ancillary equipment are firmly secured and connected Kiểm tra tất đường ống, vòi phun nước, van vịi, ống cuộn, van điều khiển, cơng tắc dòng chảy, bơm tất thiết bị phụ khác đảm bảo kết nối chắn - Check and ensure that the electrical supply is energized to pump control panel with safety measure(s) observed Kiểm tra đảm bảo nguồn cấp đến tủ điều khiển với biện pháp an toàn quan sát - Check and ensure that the testing of all installation is carried out in accordance to the specification and test results shall be kept as record Page of 17 Kiểm tra đảm bảo việc thử nghiệm tất công tác lắp đặt tiến hành theo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật kết kiểm tra phải ghi chép lưu giữ - Check that the installation of the fire rated encasement is complied with manufacturer’s specification Kiểm tra lắp đặt phòng chống cháy nổ có phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn nhà sản xuất COMMISSIONING PROCEDURE/ QUY TRÌNH CHẠY THỬ: 6.1 Fire pump control panel powered up procedure / Cấp điện tủ điều khiển: - Ensure all wirings are correctly connected and terminated to both pump control panel and equipment Đảm bảo tất dây dẫn kết nối kết thúc xác với bảng điểu khiển thiết bị - Switch all pump controls to “MANUAL” Mode Chuyển tất điều khiển bơm sang chế độ “Điều khiển tay” - Close all three phases or single phase fused switches and observe the illumination of power indicators on the panel Đóng tất pha cơng tắc hợp pha quan sát số tín hiệu bảng - Turn on the power supply to control panel with safety measure(s) observed Bật nguồn điện bảng điều khiển với biện pháp an toàn quan sát - Read the Line and Phase incoming voltage from voltmeter on the pump control panel via voltmeter selector switch (3ph 400V & 1ph 230V) Đọc điện áp đầu vào đường dây Pha từ vôn kế bảng điều khiển bơm thông qua công tắc chọn vôn kế (3ph 400V & 1ph230V) 6.2 Pump set operation/ Vận hành cụm bơm: Combined hydrant system/ Hệ thống chữa cháy kết hợp: - Jockey pump/ Bơm bù áp: + In “AUTO” mode, it compensates for system leakage and maintains a suitable operating pressure rating If the operating pressure falls below 90% of the system shut-off pressure (ex: water pressure set point is 4.7bars when water pressure drop to 4.0 bars then jockey pump runs), pressure switch will be activated and the jockey pump will start automatically The jockey pump will be stopped when normal system pressure has been achieved When a further decreased in pressure is detected, main pump will cut in Thereafter, the standby pump will only cut-in if the main pump fails Trong “Chế độ tự động”, bơm bù cho trường hợp rò rỉ hệ thống trì mức áp suất vận hành phù hợp Nếu áp suất vận
