Chuyên môn giao năm học 2013-2014: giảng dạy môn Tiếng anh lớp 10A1, 10A2, 12A3, 12A4 - Công tác kiêm nhiệm: Phó bi thư Đoàn Trường, ủy viên Ban tra nhân dân b) Thuận lợi: - Được giúp đỡ và đạo chuyên môn thường xuyên ban giám hiệu nhà trường - Được ngành cho phép soạn giáo án vi tính nên việc soạn giảng và chuẩn bị đồ dùng thuận lợi - Bản thân luôn nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm công việc, an tâm công tác và luôn có tinh thần học hỏi đồng nghiệp tự học hỏi để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ - Được đào tạo chuẩn hóa trình độ(Đại học – Môn Tiếng Anh) - Luôn chấp hành đầy đủ nội quy nhà trường và quy chế chuyên môn - Hệ thống trang thiết bị đồ dùng, thiết bị dạy học tương đối đầy đủ - Nhà trường có phòng thư viện và nhân viên thư viên phụ trách riêng c) Khó khăn: - Đa số hoc sinh ngoan, lễ phép với thầy cô giáo - Được quan tâm bảo tận tình BGH, thầy cô nhà trường - Học sinh có đầy đủ dụng cụ học tập, có sách GK - Một số HS có động học tập tốt, quan tâm chú ý phụ huynh Ghi chú c) Khó khăn: - Còn có phận nhỏ học sinh yếu, học sinh thiếu cố gắng học tập, tiếp thu bài còn quá chậm, ý thức chuẩn bị bài làm bài tập nhà chưa cao còn mang tính đối phó - Đa số học sinh học xa gia đình phải trọ học thiếu quan tâm gia đình và điều kiện học tập còn thiếu thốn chưa đảm bảo điều kiện cho viêc học tập II MỤC TIÊU CHUNG CỦA MÔN HỌC TIẾNG ANH: -
