I.The Aim and Requests :

1 Knowledge: - Sts read passages about fathers to understand the detail

- by the end of the lesson, sts will be able to tell/write their feelings, opinions, memories about their fathers……

Skills: Develop sts’ reading skill

Attitute: Sts understand about father’s day and the way children over the word express their feelings about their fathers, then they can follow…

II The Prepararion:

III The Procedure:

- Goodmorning! - How are you? - Who is absent today? 1 Checking-up previous lesson and warm- up.

- T asks sts to work in groups, each group have minutes to make a list of adjectives to describe their fathers

- T models an example

- Sts their task

- T gets feedback by asking sts to hang their list on the board

- T checks and decides which group is the best

- T introduces the main content of the new lesson( by the way, give them some information about Father’s day )

- How to celebrate:

It is not necessary to have parties but it is a good idea to have lunch or dinner with all members of the family

Children should give thier parents flowers, send them cards, or bring them a special cake

- Children should serve their parents the food that they like best

I believe the ideas will be supported and the day will be celebrated nationwide because everybody loves their parents and wants their parents to be happy
